2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for interior products such as boards coated with this kind of lacquer, wooden products made of natural wood are generally used, and after the surface is processed, lacquer coating is applied on it. I am producing. In addition, in the Urushi panel as a high-grade wall material, in order to prevent uneven quality, expansion and contraction, etc. of the raw material wood, the raw wood is lumbered into a thin plate, and the laminated wood such as laminated plywood is laminated and bonded. It is manufactured by pre-processing and then applying urushi coating to it.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 3, a conventional example of a conventional lacquer coating process for wood products as described above is as follows. Each of the six processing operations, such as a process for filling scratches on the surface of wood and wood, dressing, cloth filling, polishing, and undercoating, is performed. In the subsequent undercoating step 3, the polyester surf acer is sprayed three times, and the undercoat is dried. Perform 5 treatments such as lying down and water polishing with paper. Then, in the next intermediate coating step 3, the intermediate coating,

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, conventional wooden panel products with lacquer coating require the above-described processing of the wood that is the material, and most of the processing involves many handmade parts for mass production. However, it is not suitable for lacquer coating, which requires 36 complicated and pre-treatments such as upholstering and upholstery, which requires a lot of production time,
There is a problem that the cost becomes high.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and uses a mass-producible ceramic material for its base, and its surface cannot be conventionally manufactured. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lacquer coating that has been said to be, and its gist is to provide an epoxy-based cationic polymer layer on the surface of a ceramic base and a lacquer coating formed on it. A ceramic interior wall product characterized by being composed of layers and a surface of a ceramic base, which is characterized by applying an epoxy-based cationic polymer on the surface of the product, subjecting it to a base treatment, and applying a lacquer coating to the surface. It is a method of manufacturing ceramic interior wall products.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a ceramic lacquer tile according to the present invention, on the surface of a base 2 of which an epoxy-based cationic polymerization type underlayer 3 and a lacquer layer 4 by lacquer coating are respectively formed. ing. Here, since the ceramic tile base 2 has calcium silicate as a main component, it has a strong alkalinity, and the coating material is limited. Therefore, in such a case, generally, it was only possible to first apply a sealer for preventing alkali, and then apply oil paint or polyurethane resin paint. By forming the base layer 3, it is possible to form the lacquer layer 4 by lacquer coating on the base layer 3, so that the curing of the lacquer applied and the adhesion defect do not occur.

Here, in order to explain the method of forming the base layer 3, as shown in FIG.
In, the surface of the ceramic tile base 2 is coated with, for example, a cationic polymerization type UV paint using a cyclic epoxy resin as a raw material to form the base layer 3. The formation of the underlayer 3 prevents precipitation of an alkaline component on the surface portion of the ceramic substrate 2 and, at the same time, stops the filling.
It is possible to prevent thinning of the surface of the tile base 2 due to suction, and fluffiness. Since the epoxy cationic polymer is cured in seconds by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, the underlayer 3 can be rapidly processed and the productivity can be improved.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, a primer treatment step E1 may be applied to the surface of the ceramic tile base 2 prior to the base treatment step E2. That is, a moisture-curable polyurethane resin coating is applied to fix the moisture on the surface of the ceramic tile base 2. This makes it possible to more effectively prevent the precipitation of alkaline components, and also to suppress the leaching of water in a stable manner, and improve the adhesion between the ceramic substrate 2 and the underlayer 3. To do.

Then, in the step of applying the lacquer in the middle step E3, as shown in Table 2, the lacquer layer 4 is formed by coating the surface of the lacquer surface, and the lacquer layer 4 is polished with paper. Repeat the polishing operation several times. Therefore,
Since the lacquer layer 4 is coated on the layer 3 of the epoxy-based cationic polymer, the lacquer layer 4 does not become thin over time and does not peel off. The texture of can be maintained for a long time.

Then, in the next step E4 of overcoating the lacquer, as shown in Table 3, when the lacquer layer 4 is overcoated with a high-grade lacquer to form the lacquer layer 4, the surface thereof is polished with charcoal, and this operation is repeated several times. repeat. Then, finish with a glossy finish. At this stage of polishing, the grain of the polishing compound is gradually changed from coarser particles to finer particles to give a gloss.

As described above, the ceramic interior wall product according to the present invention comprises the layer of the epoxy-based cationic polymer and the layer of the lacquer coating formed on the surface of the ceramic substrate. Since it is a product, it is possible to manufacture beautiful Urushi wall products that have a deep moistness that was not possible in the past, and that are beautiful.
This texture can be maintained for a long time. Moreover, since its base is made of ceramic, it can be freely mass-produced in any shape, and because it is dense and hard, it can be manufactured with a thin plate thickness, similar to that made of natural wood. In addition, it is possible to obtain a non-combustible wall product at a low price. Further, as described above, the method for producing a ceramic interior wall product according to the present invention is configured such that the surface of the ceramic substrate is coated with an epoxy-based cationic polymer to be subjected to a base treatment, and the surface thereof is lacquered. Therefore, since all can be performed by machining and the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced, there are various effects that a uniform quality can be manufactured at low cost.
