及び他端を交互に上下段の上部通路5aで接続し、熱媒を
水平方向から段状に上昇させることができる。又第8図
〜第9図に示すように螺旋状通路5″となし下端を熱媒
室4に連通させ、上記環状流通路6又は該流通路6に代
り螺旋状通路5″の上端には流出口7を設け、該流出口
7と熱媒室4の流入口8とを配管9、10で接続し、該配
管9、10間に加熱槽11を介在させ、該加熱槽11内に高温
蒸気噴出管12を設けて槽11内で熱媒水13を加熱するもの
である。又この加熱槽11に代えて熱媒室4内に高温蒸気
噴出管14を設け該熱媒室4内の熱媒水を加熱することが
できる(第5図、第6図参照)。尚図中15で示すものは
煮沸釜1の内部に配設した高温蒸気噴出管、16は蒸気ボ
イラー、17は蒸気管、18は煮伍排出管、19は配管9に設
けた循環ポンプ、20は配管10に設けた開閉弁、21は熱媒
