環させて茹物揚物等の調理を行う熱液循環茹揚器に関す
る。

供を目的とし、その要旨とするところは調理用水もしく
は油等の液状熱媒体を収容する外槽内の路上半部に上方
が開放した内鍋をその周囲と外槽との間に間隔を設けて
収容し、該内鍋はその上縁部の略全周に内鍋内外に連通
ずる流路を設け、該内鍋下にあって前記外槽内に上下に
貫通した液状熱媒体流路を有する加熱器を収容し、かつ
、該加熱器の底部を除く周囲を覆うとともに前記外槽内
面との間に間隔を設けて配置され、上端が前記内鍋の底
部中央に連通開口させた循環路規制板を設けてなる熱液
循環茹揚器に存する。
