出し入れ自在に収容される内容器と、上記外容器とヒン
ジ部によって着脱自在に連結され、ヒンジ部を中心とし
て回動され、上記内容器が外容器に収容された状態で上
記外容器の開口部を開閉する断熱性の蓋部材とを有する
断熱調理容器において、 上記ヒンジ部は、上記蓋部材の外周部に外側に向かって
突設され、下面に垂直なリブ壁が形成されている凸部
に、該凸部の外方に沿ってのびる両側のリブ壁に水平に
支持されて取付けられたヒンジ軸と、上記外容器の開口
部の外周に沿って設けた肩部材に突設されて、上記ヒン
ジ軸が嵌合される、垂直方向の深さが少なくともヒンジ
軸の直径寸法以上のヒンジ受け溝が形成されたヒンジ受
部とが係合されてなり、 上記蓋部材のヒンジ軸を配した凸部に対して反対側の外
周部に上記凸部から離れる方向に突出した蓋部材と一体
の開閉操作部が設けられ、 かつ上記ヒンジ受部から上方に延び先端部が径方向内方
に曲折して上記ヒンジ受け溝の上方を覆う舌片が設けら
れ、該舌片は上記蓋部材が閉状態にあるときは、上方に
移動したヒンジ軸を係止し、上記蓋部材が開状態にある
ときは、上方に移動した上記ヒンジ軸が上記ヒンジ受け
溝から抜け出し可能な状態に形成された ことを特徴とす
る断熱調理容器。
