のために非常に不経済なものとなっていた。

すると共に、水分分離機への駆動信号を出力する制御装
置を備えたことを特徴とする製紙機械のロール軸受潤滑
装置にかかるものである。

に、水分分離機への駆動信号を出力する制御装置を備え
ているので、油中水分測定装置によって測定した水分含
有率が一定値に達したらバイパス管に潤滑油が流れるよ
うに流路を切替えると共に水分分離機を作動させて潤滑
油中の水分を除去することができ、よって潤滑油中の水
分を常に一定値以下に保持することができるのでロール
軸受の寿命延長を図ることができる。又潤滑油の使用期
間を延長することができるので、水分が混入して来たら
早めに潤滑油を交換するようにしていた従来方式に比し
て大変経済的となる。
