し、そして更に前記接続部材に前記一対の角型蛇腹に対
してY軸方向に円筒型蛇腹の一端を固定し、その他端及
び前記接続部材の貫通孔を通じて内部から前記ロボット
アームを突出させたことを特徴とする防塵装置を備えた
XYロボット。
