(Prior Art) Conventionally, as an air conditioning duct structure for a vehicle provided with an air conditioning unit under the floor, on the floor, or on the body side, for example, as shown in FIG. Through the air conditioning duct 25 connected to the duct 24 of
The air-conditioning duct 25 for the vehicle is arranged up to the ceiling and is connected to the ceiling duct 26 so as to blow out air from the ceiling duct 26, and the vehicle air-conditioning duct structure is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. As described above, the air-conditioning duct 30 formed of a transparent material is provided in the room of the vehicle 27, the air-conditioning duct 30 being connected to the first duct 29 connected to the air-conditioning unit 28. The duct 30 extends along the inside of the window surface 31. Duct to the ceiling after starting up to the ceiling.
There was an air conditioning duct structure for vehicles in which 32 was arranged horizontally.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the former example of the conventional vehicle air conditioning duct structure described above,
Since the air-conditioning duct 25 passes through the inside of the pillars 22 of 21, since the size of the pillar 22 is generally small, there is a limit to increasing the cross-sectional area of the air-conditioning duct 25, and ensure a sufficient air flow rate. There was a problem that I could not do it.
Also, in the latter example, when the outside is viewed from the interior of the vehicle 27 through the air conditioning duct 30 formed of a transparent material, there are three layers, and therefore there is a problem that visual distortion easily occurs and visibility is poor.

(Means for Solving the Problem) Technical means for solving the above-mentioned problems include an air conditioning unit installed on the floor or under the floor of a vehicle, and an air conditioning unit internally connected to the air conditioning unit at one end thereof. A side duct, a window glass formed of an outdoor side glass and an indoor side glass to form a duct space communicating between the two windows with the upper end of the air conditioning unit side duct, and a plurality of windows connected in communication with the window glass. A ceiling duct having a blowout grill is provided, and the indoor glass is formed to be openable and closable.

(Operation) According to the vehicle air-conditioning duct structure, as the air-conditioning duct, the windshield configured with the double structure of the outer side and the inner side is used, and the air from the air-conditioning unit is blown through the space between the windshields, and the ceiling is blown. It has a function of blowing out from the blowout grill of the section.

The upper end of the window glass 5 is connected to the ceiling duct 6, and the conditioned air blown from the air conditioning unit 2 receives the air conditioning unit side duct 4, the space formed in the window glass 5, and the ceiling side duct 6. The air-conditioning duct structure is such that the air is blown out from the blow-out grill 7 attached to the ceiling side duct 6 through. Note that FIG. 3 is a view of the ceiling side duct 6 in FIG. 1 as viewed from the direction B.

With the vehicle air conditioning duct structure configured as described above,
Since almost the entire width of the window glass 5 can be used as a ventilation duct for the conditioned air, a sufficient amount of conditioned air can be secured. When the indoor glass 5B of the window glass 5 is formed to be openable and closable as in this embodiment, the conditioned air is supplied from the opening of the indoor glass 5B of the wind glass 5 to the vehicle as well as the blowout grill 7. Since the air can be directly blown into the ceiling, the temperature of the cold air in the ceiling side duct 6 is small, the ventilation resistance is small, the air volume is increased, and the rapid cooling performance is improved.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the windshield of the vehicle has a double glass structure, and the space between the outdoor glass and the indoor glass is used as an air conditioning duct. Almost the entire width can be used as an air-conditioning air blower duct, the cross-sectional area of the air-conditioning duct can be increased, a sufficient amount of airflow can be secured to improve the air-conditioning effect, and the ventilation noise becomes quieter. Moreover, there is little visual distortion when looking outside, and the visibility is improved. In addition, since the interior glass of the windshield is formed so that it can be opened and closed, the air conditioning air can be blown directly into the vehicle not only from the blowout grill, but also from the opening of the interior glass of the windshield. There is little temperature rise, the ventilation resistance also decreases and the air volume increases,
This has the effect of improving the rapid cooling performance.
