(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, slate rock commonly called genshoseki is famous as a high-grade slate roof tile. Now, with the recent advancement of high-grade houses, there has been an increasing demand for roofing materials that are very similar in appearance to natural stones such as Gensho stone. Therefore, a mold was taken from the surface of natural stone, and using this, the entire surface of a cement-like flat roof material that is thin and has good workability for large plates was used as the appearance of natural stone. Since the height of the surface is uneven and it becomes an irregular uneven pattern, if you walk on the roofing material at the time of roofing, depending on the condition of the overlapping roofing materials, the weight of the worker will be overlapped. There is a drawback that the cracks are concentrated on the highest convex part in the section, and when stacked and transported for the same reason, the stacking surface is not constant and tilting or rattling occurs. There is a problem that it is easy to break due to the occurrence of such problems.

(Purpose of the present invention) The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional example.
The target area has a stone pattern as a whole, and in the roofed appearance, both the height and pattern peculiar to natural stone can have an irregular uneven pattern on its surface, and the construction There is a need to provide a roofing material that is easy to handle and does not crack when trampling or crack during transportation.

(Means for Solving Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the roof material according to the present invention has a height in which the surface of the thatched foot exposed to the outside when roofing is performed is patterned from natural stone. In addition to making the irregular uneven pattern of the above, the surface of the overlapping part to be stacked under the roof material of the upper part is the surface with the concave pattern part formed on the flat surface, and the flat surface part other than the concave pattern part is the roof. It is located at the height of the highest convex pattern portion of the foot, and the concave pattern portion is a stone pattern pattern in which the concave bottom portion has a substantially uniform depth.

(Function) Then, the above roofing material is sequentially stacked on the roofing base under the roofing material, and the roofing material is roofed while nailing. The height of the surface of this overlapping part is finished because it is a flat surface based on the height of the highest convex pattern among the uneven patterns patterned from the natural stone of the thatched foot,
The roof surface of the roof material on the upper side will be supported by the flat surface, and even if the person walks on the natural stone pattern exposed on the roof surface, the weight of the pedestrian will be even on the flat surface of the overlapping portion. It does not damage the natural stone pattern of the roof material. Further, the roof material is piled up and transported to the construction site, but the natural stone pattern portion which is the roof part of the roof material has the highest convex peak of the convex pattern portion as the reference height of the flat surface which is the overlapping portion. Since they are the same, they can be stacked horizontally with the convex top and the flat surface aligned on the same reference plane. Therefore, the inclination and rattling of the roof material are eliminated, and cracks during transportation are reduced.

Furthermore, since the flat surface is formed with a concave pattern of a stone pattern, the roofing material as a whole exhibits a natural stone texture and has a high designability, and the concave pattern has a concave bottom with a substantially uniform depth. Therefore, the bending strength of the overlapped part is almost uniform, there is no unevenness in strength and weak points, and the influence of the variation in strength caused by the uneven height of the above-mentioned thatched part It becomes smaller.

(実施例) 以下、本考案を図示実施例に従って詳述する。(Embodiment) Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to illustrated embodiments.

The roof material (1) according to the present invention is a cement-like flat roof material having a thickness of about 6 mm formed by sufficiently kneading cement, reinforcing fibers and the like with an appropriate amount of water and press-molding this kneaded product. Is. The surface of this roof material (1) is divided into a roof part (2) exposed to the outside when roofing is performed and an upper and lower part of an overlapping part (9) that is stacked below the upper roof material (1). The surface of the thatch foot (2) is formed with a pattern of natural stone that is modeled from natural gensho-seki, and in this embodiment, 3
Two pieces of genshoku stone are lined up and shaped, and two vertical groove patterns (7) are formed between each natural stone.

Therefore, both side wall surfaces (3) and (4) of the vertical groove pattern (7) of the thatched foot portion (2), and both of the side end surface (5) and the tip end surface (6) are covered with genshaku stone. Plate-like joints are reproduced at sharp angles, and stepped portions and stepped portions are formed on fractured inclined surfaces with irregularly different widths.

In addition, the surface of the thatch foot (2) is almost faithfully formed by molding the surface irregularities of natural genshose, and an uneven pattern (8) in which both the height and the pattern are irregularly combined is formed. In this embodiment, the pattern is arranged so that the wavy stone unevenness (8a) on the split surface when the genshoku stone is thinly split appears laterally on the roof material foot portion.

On the other hand, the surface of the overlapping portion (9) of the roofing material (1) is formed with a natural stone-like concave-convex grain pattern similar to that of the roof part (2) as shown in FIG. Uneven pattern (8)
Among them, the highest convex pattern (8b) is located on the flat surface (9a) with the reference plane (H) as the height position, and the flat surface (9a) has an artificial stone pattern concave portion ( 10) is formed with its depth almost constant. The flat surface (9a) of the overlapping part (9) has a thatched part (8).
Is formed above the vertical groove (7) and curved toward the upper edge of the overlapping portion (9) to form a gentle arc-shaped draining groove (11a). Two inverted U-shaped draining grooves (11b) are recessed between (11a). (12) is a nail hole. The side surface of the overlapping portion (9) is finished almost vertically.

Then, this roofing material (1) is piled up as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, and roofing is performed while nailing.
As described above, the surface of the overlapping portion (9) is formed as a flat surface having the height of the highest concave pattern (8b) of the roofing portion (2), so that the roof material (1) of the upper side is formed. The back side will come into full contact. At this time, if the roofing material (2) of the upper roofing material that was raised for roof construction is sequentially stacked on the overlapping material of the lower roofing material, the back surface of the roofing material will become Will be supported on a flat surface,
Despite the irregular height and pattern of the exposed natural stone pattern, even when walking on the roof material while being stably supported on the back side, the bending stress biased to the uneven portion of the natural stone Will not occur and the roofing material (1) will not be damaged.

Further, such roofing material (1) is stacked and wrapped as shown in FIG. 5 and conveyed to the construction site.
As for the uneven pattern part of natural stone which is the roof part, the highest convex pattern is the same height as the flat surface of the overlapping part (9), the convex top part of the thatched part (2) and the overlapping part ( The flat surfaces of 9) are aligned on the same reference plane, and the roofing materials can be stacked horizontally without tilting or rattling, and therefore cracks during transportation can be reduced.

(Effect) The roofing material of the present invention has an irregular uneven pattern of the height of natural stones on the surface of the roof that is exposed to the outside when roofing is performed. The surface of the overlapped portion is a flat surface having a constant height with the height position of the highest convex pattern portion of the thatched portion as a reference surface, and the concave bottom portion has a substantially uniform depth in the flat surface. Since the concave part of the stone pattern is formed, it has a stone pattern as a whole, and in the thatched appearance, both the height and pattern peculiar to natural stone show an irregular uneven pattern. It is possible to form a roof surface with high designability, and since the highest position of the uneven pattern part of the above natural stone is the same as the flat surface of the overlapping part, there is no cracking after construction or cracks during stacking transfer. Is reduced, and It has the advantage that it can be handled in the same way as a flat roof material with an artificial uneven pattern.
