DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION <Field of Industrial Application> The present invention relates to a container made of a synthetic resin film having an uneven shape, for example, an uneven container such as an egg container, a tofu container, a confectionery interior container, and a meat tray. The present invention relates to a method of mounting a printed film on which a description of an interior material, a trademark mark, a bar code, or the like is printed on a flat portion of the container at the same time when the container is molded.

<Prior Art> Conventionally, in a container having an uneven shape as described above, as a means for displaying an item for explaining an interior product, a trademark mark, a bar code, or the like, required items are previously required for a synthetic resin sheet material to be molded. Is printed in advance, or a sticker on which the necessary items are printed is prepared separately, and this is adhered to the concavo-convex container.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the case of the former method, the printed portion is stretched and deformed by molding and is not visible. In particular, the deformation of the printed portion makes it difficult to read the barcode. However, there is a drawback that the bar code cannot be displayed substantially. Further, in the latter case, since the print seal is adhered after the container is molded, the manufacturing process is increased, the product cost is increased, and the joining positions are likely to be uneven. In particular, when sticking a stamp punched along the shape of the flat part to the surface of the flat part of the uneven container, it is very difficult to align the seal edge part, and the seal edge part sticks out or enters the flat part edge. In addition, wrinkles and the like may occur at the time of bonding, which is very unclean. In particular, the wrinkles on the printing sticker make it difficult to read the bar code as in the former method, which is a serious problem.

As another conventional means, in JP-A-50-159552, means for thermoforming a sheet material with a printed film mounted in a molding die and mounting a printing film at the same time as molding of a molded article Is disclosed. In this conventional means, the printed film is sucked by the vacuum suction mechanism of the core and sent to the mold, and the film is sucked and held by the side wall of the mold by the vacuum suction mechanism on the mold side, and then the core is placed outside the molding chamber. The container is molded by retracting and feeding the printed plastic film and lowering the core again, so the core must be moved up and down twice for each molding, and the molding time is about twice as long. In addition, since a vacuum suction mechanism is required for both the core and the mold, there is a drawback that the molding device is complicated and expensive. A particularly important problem is that the plastic film is formed while the printed film is held on the side wall of the mold.
The point that the printed film is apt to be deformed by the pulling force at the time of molding, and therefore even if minute deformation occurs, if the printing is a barcode, erroneous values or errors are likely to occur in reading. It is in.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, in the method according to the present invention, a printing film (F) is prepared in which necessary items are printed and a predetermined portion is punched and removed. The printing film (F) is inserted into the punched portion of the film (F) and the molding protrusions of the male and female molds (A) and (B) for molding the container are inserted into the female mold (A). Horizontal flat part (6
The sheet material (S), which has been preheated, is supplied to the upper part of the female mold (A), and then the sheet material is formed by the male and female molding dies (A) and (B). (S) is formed into a required shape, and at the same time as the sheet material (S) is formed, the printing film (F) is integrally formed on the horizontal flat portion (6a) of the outer surface of the lid of the formed container. It was made to let.

<Operation> According to the method of the present invention configured as described above, the printing film can be attached to the concavo-convex container at the same time when the container is formed, and since the printing film (F) is not extended or deformed, the printing surface is It can be formed neatly and accurately, and therefore, it is possible to display a bar code, which was not possible when printing on a conventional sheet material to be molded, and in addition, a required portion of the printing film (F). Since the die is punched out and loaded on the flat surface of the concave portion of the female die (A), even if the die has a complicated cavity for concave-convex molding, the loading of the printing film (F) can be performed easily by a suction plate or the like. It can be accurately and easily moved to a predetermined position by a machine.

Thus, in the method of the present invention, before forming the container by the mold, a printing film (F) on which necessary items such as a trademark mark and a bar code are printed is formed in the female mold (A) for forming the lid body (A). It is loaded in the horizontal flat part (6a) of 6). This printing film (F) is cut according to the inner shape of the molding recess (6) so that it can be fitted in the flat portion (6a) in a horizontal posture, and the female trapezoidal shape is formed in the middle portion. Convex part (6

After loading the printing film (F) on the flat portion (6a) of the female die (A) in this manner, the synthetic resin sheet material (S) for molding which has been preheated on the upper portion of the female die (A) is appropriately formed. Means, for example, suction by a suction plate and supply to the upper part of the female mold, and the sheet material (S) is container (C) along the cavity shape of the mold by the male and female molding dies (A) and (B). To mold.
With this, simultaneously with the molding of the sheet material (S), the printing film (F) is integrally joined to the flat portion (6a) of the outer surface of the lid of the molded container (C). It is preferable that the printing film (F) and the sheet material (S) of the container (C) are made of materials that are integrally heat-sealed by the heat at the time of molding. An adhesive such as an adhesive may be used.

In particular, in the present invention, the required portion of the printing film is punched out, and the printing film is loaded into the horizontal molding recess of the female die in a state where the convex portion of the female die is inserted into the punched portion. Even for molds with complex cavities for concavo-convex molding, you can easily and easily load the print film into the female mold in a predetermined position simply by inserting the print film into the mold before molding the container. This makes it possible to omit a complicated mechanism such as a suction mechanism for holding the printing film at a predetermined position during molding, which is incorporated in the mold.

Furthermore, since the printing film is loaded in the horizontal molding recess of the female mold, the printing film is not subjected to a pulling force in the vertical direction when the container is molded, and thus the bar code printed on the printing film is used. It is possible to extremely suppress the deformation of the printed portion such as, and to prevent an erroneous value or an error from occurring in the reading of the barcode.
