消臭の両面作用を持つ冷却兼消臭袋を開発するものであ
る。この結果、保冷による畜肉や水産品の鮮度保持と生
肉特有の悪臭を脱臭し、保冷による鮮度保持が同時に行
えるので、医薬や農業の外、食品加工の業務用として有
用であり近代的需要にかかるものである。一般公知の保
玲袋はビニール袋に吸水樹脂や含水合成樹脂ゲル化物や
含水炭素の含水物に脱臭剤、芳香剤を入れたものが市販
されていた。しかし、これらは含水率が70〜90%の
ものが多く、その為重量が重く運送その他の取扱が不便
でコストも高価となり容器もコストが高くつく欠点があ
り、保存中に腐敗したり黒カビがはえたりして消臭効果
が退化してクレームの要因となっていた。又、保冷袋と
してはアイスノンの名称で呼ばれている様に含水炭素化
物を水と加熱して高粘体としたものが公知となって、冷
蔵庫内で過冷した氷結体が保冷袋として病人や水産加工
品、生菓子類、畜肉加工品、衣料品に使用されていた。
この外に、ゲル状保冷袋として吸水樹脂や水溶性樹脂を
前記同様に加熱溶解したゲル状の物をプラスチックスフ
ィルム袋に密封したものが公知となっていたが、業務用
としては、強度的に弱く特に釣り具の保冷箱用の保冷袋
に使用する時は、生きた魚のヒレによって破壊して内容
物が露出し、魚の味を悪化したりする欠点があった。
又、この保冷袋をエーテル化した布や麻織物、麻繊維紙
袋に吸水樹脂を入れて密封し、使用に際して水に浸漬し
て含水膨張せしめた保冷袋が生菓子の保冷用として冷凍
氷結せしめて使用する方法が公知となっていた。しか
し、この方法では乾燥性が速やかである為に水に浸漬す
る時は、そのフィルム繊維袋から吸水樹脂が圧出して手
に付着したり被保冷体を汚染したりして衛生上問題があ
り、余り多く使用されていないばかりでなく、被冷体自
体が悪臭を生じたり、バクテリアの繁殖によって次後に
悪臭を放ったりする物があり、その改善が望まれてい
た。そこで、本発明は、従来の含水性のゲル状樹脂によ
る保冷媒体を乾燥吸水樹脂粉として、これをマイクロカ
プセル化した殺菌剤を粉末状とし、香料もマイクロカプ
セル化粉として混合し、これにグリオキザール、トリエ
タノールアミン、界面活性剤をベントナイト粉や鉱物粉
に吸着乾燥せしめた粉体として混合し、特にラヂエーシ
ョン性砿粉と脱臭剤として竹乾溜物や豆乾溜物、杉乾溜
物、茶抽出液、アルコール、香料、竹炭粉等の植物消臭
剤を入れ、過酸物を加えて粉末化せしめた粉体を混合し
たものを一部に多孔性繊維フィルムとしたプラスチック
ス袋に密封し、その繊維フィルムとプラスチックスフィ
ルム袋との接合面に於いて、その両フィルムの境界面を
隆起せしめて、魚箱に嵌挿せしめる時に直接多孔質繊維
面に氷水が入らない様に加工し、これに繊維表面に弗化
樹脂やシリコン樹脂加工を施して疎水系とすると共に、
フィルムカバーを圧着して開閉を自在とする如く加工
し、更にこのフィルム袋をより保護するに必要なプラス
チックスや金属系の筺に嵌挿せしめる様にする時は、生
きた魚がビクに入れて保冷する場合にもヒレでその後が
破裂する事がないばかりでなく脱臭に必要な多孔質めん
と魚トロ箱の氷水とが隔絶する便利な錘をその多孔質フ
ィルムの背面中央に嵌挿せしめる時は、その重心は常に
多孔質繊維面とその背面に於いて迎合せしめる如く加工
する時は多孔質繊維は氷水面に有り、しかし、これを常
に安定状にする為には多孔面繊維内の吸水樹脂粉に発泡
スチロール粒子粒粉を予め封入せしめて浮上出来る様に
加工する。そして、同時に疎水物質として、硬化油脂、
木ロウ、ワセリン等を粉末として同封する時は、吸水樹
脂が含水し膨張しても直接繊維面に到達する事が無く、
多孔質繊維面は常にサラッとした状態で存在し疎水系樹
脂によって繊維表面は疎水系として存在し、吸水樹脂の
繊維面外のはみ出しの欠点は無く、しかも、多孔質面を
上面として通気性が維持さわるので消臭効果が発揮され

以下の表面積となる為蒸発速度は小さく、蒸発速度と比
例する消臭効果の縮小は消臭剤の組合せによってセーブ
されるので脱臭効果の減少は、発散性消臭剤の添加によ
って向上され、又、発泡体、パラピン類の存在によって
蒸発が極端に速やかに行われる事が無いので耐久性があ
り、万一、乾燥しても水中に浸漬して膨張が繰り返され
るので3回くらいの使用に酎え、公知の多孔質袋の様に
吸水樹脂がはみ出し失われゲル化が行われにくくなり、
1回で使用が困難となる欠点が改善されるので経済的で
あり、産業上有用な発明である。この発明の実施要領を
