Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the installation and working cost by inserting an outer mount film to a metallic die for forming an antenna and forming integrally a synthetic resin-made antenna base to one side of the outer film having a metallic thin layer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic thin film layer is provided to one side of an outer film 1 at a small interval by the sputtering to form a half sputter film. Then the half sputter film 3 is cut based on the size of the paraboloidal antenna to be manufactured and a reflecting mirror body is inserted in upper and lower metallic dies to form the reflecting mirror body, and an antenna base 6 is formed by a synthetic resin injected in the metallic dies to integrate the antenna base 6 and the inserted half sputter film 3 thereby forming the reflecting mirror body. Furthermore, an air pool 7 is provided to a proper location in the antenna base 6 by utilizing the press forming and an integrated thick swelling part 8 is provided to a circumferential ridge of the antenna base 6.

2. Description of the Related Art Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 58-161404 is known as a method for manufacturing a reflecting mirror body of a parabolic antenna.
In the above manufacturing method, an aluminum plate having a thickness of 0.3 to 0.6 mm is formed into a rotary parabolic reflector having a concave surface and a convex rear surface, and then the entire surface of the reflector has a diameter of about 1.25 m.
A small hole of m or less is appropriately opened, and in order to mold the reflecting mirror body, a synthetic resin plate is placed on the depression of the lower mold having a depression corresponding to the convex rear surface of the reflecting mirror The reflecting mirror is placed on the convex back surface, another synthetic resin plate is placed on the concave surface of the reflecting mirror, and the upper mold having the convex portion corresponding to the concave surface is heated while heating both synthetic resin plates. By descending upward, both synthetic resin plates and the reflecting mirror sandwiched between them are integrated into a reflecting mirror body.

In the above conventional manufacturing method, in addition to the upper and lower molds for pressure-molding the reflecting mirror body, the upper and lower molds for molding the aluminum plate into the reflecting mirror, and the reflecting mirror Since upper and lower molds for opening small holes are required on the entire surface, equipment and processing costs are significantly increased. Further, the two integrated synthetic resin plates are connected through a small hole formed in the reflecting mirror, but the size of the small hole must be 1/20 or less of the reception wavelength in order not to deteriorate the antenna characteristics. Because there is
As described above, since the diameter is about 1.25 mm or less, the connection strength is low, and the connection may be disconnected and both synthetic resin plates may peel off.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above, and a metal thin film layer is provided on one surface of an exterior film by sputtering, and the exterior film is inserted into a mold for forming an antenna, A synthetic resin antenna base is integrally formed on one surface of the exterior film having a metal thin film layer.

EXAMPLE 1 1 is a large-sized exterior film, preferably a polycarbonate plastic film having a high impact strength and heat resistance and a thickness of about 0.5 mm. A metal thin film layer is provided on one surface of the exterior film 1 by sputtering with a small gap therebetween to form a half-sputtered film 3.
In the illustrated example, the metal thin film layer 2 is provided on the film 1 in a concentric circular shape with multiple inner and outer rings, maintaining a ring shape having different diameters at intervals of 1.25 mm or less.

The half-sputtered film 3 is cut according to the dimensions of the parabolic antenna to be manufactured, and the reflecting mirror body is inserted into the upper and lower molds 4 and 5 to be molded, and the synthetic resin injected into the mold is used. The antenna base 6 is molded to integrate the antenna base 6 and the inserted half sputter film 3 into a reflecting mirror body. At the time of molding the antenna base, the exterior film 1 is opposed to the convex portion 5'of the lower mold 5 forming the concave surface of the reflecting mirror body, and the antenna base 6 is provided on the surface of the exterior film 1 having the metal thin film layer 2. Integrate.

The synthetic resin for molding the antenna base 6 is a polycarbonate plastic, and simpress molding is used for molding to collect air in a proper place in the antenna base 7.
By providing the above, it is possible to form an accurate parabolic surface without sink marks and warps. Further, the reflecting mirror body can be reinforced by providing an integral thick ridge 8 on the peripheral portion of the antenna base.

As is apparent from the above, since the present invention does not form a reflecting mirror having a small hole with a thin metal plate, the upper and lower molds used are only for forming the reflecting mirror body, and the equipment and processing cost are low. .

The metal thin film layer 2 provided on one surface of the exterior film 1 by sputtering serves as a reflecting mirror, and the antenna base 6 formed on the surface having the metal thin film layer 2 has the metal thin film layer 2 formed thereon. Since it is melted and integrated with the exterior film 1 through the space of, the bond is strong and does not peel.
