Description
Claims (17)
- 1.流体によって貫流される消音器であって、ケーシング(1)及び吸音性の組 込構造物(8)を有しており、吸音性の複数の組込構造物(8)が流れ方向に配 置されている形式のものにおいて、吸音性の組込構造物(8)が波形の薄板(1 1,12)を有していることを特徴とする、流体貫流式の消音器。
- 2.波形の薄板(11,12)が波形の山及び谷を流体の流れ方向に対して垂直 に向けて配置されている請求項1記載の消音器。
- 3.波形の薄板(11,12)が流れ方向で前後して配置された平行な複数の波 形のストリッブから成っており、隣接の2つのストリップの波形が互いにずらさ れており、それぞれ隣接の2つのストリッブ間に間隙状の開口が配置されている 請求項1又は2記載の消音器。
- 4.波形の振幅(al/2,a2/2)が音響波長に合わされている請求項1か ら3までのいずれか1項記載の消音器。
- 5.波形の溝板(11,12)が平たいパネル(8)内に配置されている請求項 1から4までのいずれか1項記載の消音器。
- 6.1つのパネルが2つのカバープレート(9,10)を有しており、カバープ レート間に波形の1つ若しくは複数の薄板(11,12)が配置されている請求 項5記載の消音器。
- 7.1つのパネル(8)の少なくとも一方のカバープレート(10)が開口を有 している請求項6記載の消音器。
- 8.1つのパネル(8)のカバープレート(10)間に波形の2つの薄板(11 ,12)が配置されており、1つのパネル(8)の波形の両方の薄板(1112 )間にほぼ音響透過性の分離薄板(19)が配置されている請求項6又は7記載 の消音器。
- 9.1つのパネル(8)の両方のカバープレート(910)及び波形の薄板(1 1,12)が互いにろう付けされている請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載 の消音器。
- 10.ケーシング(1)内に、パネル(8)を取り付けるための横断面方形のフ レーム(5)が組み込まれている請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載の消音 器。
- 11.ケーシング(1)とフレーム(5)との間の中間室内に隔壁(6)が配置 されている請求項5記載の消音器。
- 12.ケーシング(1)が、流れ方向に延びる軸線(2)に対してほぼ回転対称 的に構成されている請求項10又は11記載の消音器。
- 13.入口接続片(3)及び又は出口接続片(4)が円形横断面を有しており、 該円形横断面の直径がパネル(8)の取付けのためのフレーム(5)の方形の横 断面の大きな辺の長さよりも小さいか若しくは該辺の長さと同じである請求項1 0から12までのいずれか1項記載の消音器。
- 14.入口接続片(3)若しくは出口接続片(4)とパネル(8)との間に移行 案内薄板(7)が配置されている請求項13記載の消音器。
- 15.パネル(8)が重ねて配置された波形のそれぞれ2つの薄板(11,12 )を備えており、該薄板が異なる振幅(a1/2,a2/2)を有している請求 項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の消音器。
- 16.パネル(8)がほぼ直方体の形を有しており、各パネル(8)の少なくと も1つの側面(10)が流体のために透過性であり、該側面が流れ方向に対して 平行にかつ波形の隣接の薄板(12)の波形の山及び谷の経過に対して平行に延 びている請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の消音器。
- 17.減衰套壁(16)がケーシング(1)上に締め付けられている請求項1か ら16までのいずれか1項記載の消音器。
