2. Description of the Related Art As an endotracheal tube of this type, there is one filed by the applicant (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-64654). This endotracheal tube is a surgical operation (extreme lung displacement, etc.) after inserting the tube body into the patient's trachea.
In order to prevent the tube body from being bent inside the trachea or the part inserted into the bronchus due to body position changes (extreme position changes, etc.) and obstructing the lumen to prevent subsequent surgery, In this case, a linear body for preventing the obstruction of the lumen is embedded in the peripheral wall extending over almost the entire length.

By the way, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional endotracheal tube, it is ensured that the lumen does not become obstructed even if it is bent at any part of the tube body inserted into the trachea and the bronchus by the linear body. Although a certain prevention effect is recognized, since the linear body is buried over almost the entire length of the tube main body, the manufacturing of the double lumen part in the trachea is particularly complicated and it takes time to bury it, resulting in cost increase. There was a problem. Also, according to the applicant's subsequent tests, it should be noted that the part of the tube body inserted into the trachea does not bend unless there is much, and the bend and lumen become narrower. It turned out to be the part to be inserted into.

Therefore, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional problems and embeds the linear body only in the portion of the bronchus where there is a possibility of bending and narrowing of the lumen, so that the conventional product is better than the conventional product. It is an object of the present invention to provide a double lumen type endotracheal tube which can reduce the cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is directed to a double lumen type endotracheal tube as described above, in which both tip portions of the tube main body on the tip side of the balloon are bifurcated. A linear body is embedded around the inner wall in a spiral shape and elastically deformable on the peripheral walls of the divided front ends. Then, small balloons are attached to both ends of the tube body in which the linear body is embedded, and marks indicating the divided bases are attached to the outer peripheral surfaces of the both ends of the tube body.

As described above, since the linear body is not buried over substantially the entire length of the tube body, but is embedded only in the distal end portion of the tube body which is inserted into the bronchus where the lumen is easily blocked, the burying can be performed easily. It can be done at a low cost.

1 to 6 show an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1
Is an overall perspective view with some parts omitted, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the tip portion, and FIG.
2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG.
It is an expanded sectional view which follows the B line. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is an endotracheal tube made of silicone rubber, and inner cavities 3 and 4 are arranged in parallel in the axial direction of a tube body 2. 6 is a balloon attached to the tip of the tube body 2, and this balloon 6
The tip side is divided into two forks. Of the divided distal end portions 7 and 8, the distal end portion 7 having the lumen 3 for inserting the left bronchus is longer than the distal end portion 8 having the lumen 4 for inserting the right bronchus. A linear body is provided on the peripheral walls of both tip portions 7 and 8.
10 and 11 are embedded in a spiral and elastically deformable manner surrounding the inner cavities 3 and 4, respectively. Small balloons 12 and 13 are attached to both end portions 7 and 8 of the tube body 2 having the linear bodies 10 and 11. In addition, a ring mark 1 that serves as a mark indicating the split base is formed on the outer peripheral surface that serves as the split base of the two tip portions 7 and 8.
5 and 16 are installed. The split bases of both tips 7 and 8 may hit the branch of the trachea and bronchus (carina) during intubation, which may damage it. It is preferable to keep it.

Next, a method of using the endotracheal tube 1 will be described. When intubating, both tip portions 7 and 8 which are bent in advance with a stylet (not shown) are straightened, and then inserted into the trachea of the patient from the tip portion side. And both tip parts 7,
While advancing the tube body 2 while checking the positions of the ring marks 15 and 16 provided on the divided base of 8, the tip 7 was inserted from the trachea into the left bronchus, and the tip 8 hit the carina and was slightly inserted into the right bronchus. At this point gently remove both stylets and position so that the split base does not directly touch the trachea and bronchial carina. After intubation, balloon 6,1
2 and 13 are inflated to firmly fix both tip portions 7 and 8 of the tube body 2. As a result, the endotracheal tube 1 is intubated and fixed at an appropriate position as shown in FIG. 6, and various operations are performed in this state. Even if the distal ends 7 and 8 inserted into the left and right bronchi of the tube body 2 are likely to bend due to the operation of this surgery and the change of body position, the linear bodies 10 and 11 are embedded in the distal ends. Because of that, its lumen 3,
4 is not blocked.

According to the invention of claim 1, since the linear body is embedded only in the distal end portion of the tube body as described above and is not embedded over substantially the entire length of the tube body as in the conventional case, the linear body is embedded. Can be performed easily, and the cost can be reduced. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the insertion position can be confirmed at the time of intubation, and accurate intubation can be performed.
