In particular, when used as a desk mat, a table mat, etc., when both surfaces are glossy, especially when they are directly touched in the summer or when an article such as other documents is placed, It had a defect that the surface was sticky. Due to the sticky feeling, discomfort occurs and the documents to be placed adhere to each other.
Moreover, since it is a glossy surface, there is a problem in that it emits proof light such as a fluorescent light and dazzles the eyes. Therefore, attempts have been made to prevent the stickiness and surface reflection of the matte surface by providing fine unevenness by embossing, but good results have been obtained because the unevenness due to embossing is not sufficiently imprinted on the surface. Absent. That is, desk mats etc.
Since it has a thickness of about 0.5 to 4 mm, even if such thick PVC film material is directly embossed, the elasticity of the film itself makes it difficult to form the desired unevenness (diaphragm) pattern, and the degree of unevenness is very small. Adjustment is also difficult, and even if a method of laminating a separately prepared embossed film on the PVC film material is adopted, the uneven pattern of the embossed film disappears to some extent due to the heating when laminating both. After all, in any case, the obtained film did not completely eliminate the unpleasant sticky feeling, and the glossiness of the surface was reduced to half.

Further, in the above-described mats having both surface luster, there is a mat provided with an ultraviolet curable resin layer as a surface treatment on the surface side in contact with a desk or a table in order to prevent adhesion due to surface migration of a plasticizer. However, since such a mat has a transparent surface treatment layer, it is difficult to distinguish between a treated surface and a non-treated surface at first glance, and there is a drawback that it is easy to misuse the method such that the treated surface is used as an upper surface. Others, cracking occurs because the treated layer is a cured resin layer when strong embossing is applied to the PVC film provided with the treated layer, and therefore only a very small amount of drawing pattern can be applied, It was not very effective to prevent stickiness and surface reflection on the surface opposite to the treated surface by embossing.

A matte type PVC film is known in which the entire film is composed of a PVC resin composition containing C. However, this type of PVC film has the drawback of being inferior in transparency and inferior in flexibility and of being costly, and is not suitable for applications such as desk mats.

The rough surface layer 3 is formed of a PVC resin composition containing a cross-linking PVC resin in an amount of 1 to 100% by weight, preferably 20 to 70% by weight. The surface of this layer 3 is in a rough state by forming fine irregularities due to the inclusion of the cross-linking type PVC resin, and has a surface roughness of about 0.3 to 0.9 μm. Although it is possible to achieve the object of the present invention to prevent the stickiness of the surface by blending the cross-linked PVC in the above proportion,
In order to obtain the matte effect by the rough surface layer 3 at the same time, it is necessary to mix 20 parts by weight or more of the crosslinked PVC. Rough surface layer 3

As shown in FIG. 2, the laminated film 1 of the present invention is constituted by providing the rough surface layer 3 on one surface of the film substrate 2 and the surface treatment layer 4 made of an ultraviolet curable resin on the opposite surface. In this surface-treated layer 4, the plasticizer in the PVC film base material 2 migrates to the surface, which causes a problem that printing ink or the like is transferred between the surface and a partner contacting the surface. This is to prevent this. As the above-mentioned UV curable resin, polyether acrylate type, epoxy acrylate type, urethane acrylate type, polyester acrylate type, thiol / diene reaction type and the like are used. The thickness of the treatment layer 4 is 5

In producing the laminated film of the present invention, the specific resin composition is molded into a film-like rough surface layer 3 by a known calender molding method, and the film-like material is heated on the PVC film substrate 2 or an adhesive. It laminates by the lamination method by and is manufactured. When a surface-treated layer is provided, the UV-curable resin composition is applied to one surface of the PVC film substrate 2 and cured to form a surface-treated layer, and then the PV
A rough surface layer 3 in the form of a film is integrally formed on the surface of the C film substrate 2 opposite to the surface having the surface treatment layer by heating or a laminating method using an adhesive. Further, when the PVC film substrate 2 has a multilayer structure obtained by thermally laminating two or more PVC films, first a surface treatment layer is formed on one PVC film in the same manner as described above, and thereafter, , A PVC film on which this surface treatment layer is formed, the remaining PVC film for film base material, and a film-like rough surface layer 3
It is obtained by integrating a person by heating or a laminating method using an adhesive.

Example A PVC resin composition (a) having the following composition was used to form four 0.37 mm-thick films by a calendering method,
One of the films is coated with a urethane acrylate-based UV-curable resin and cured by UV irradiation to be surface-treated. Then, this film is heat-laminated so that the surface-treated layer is the outermost layer. A film base material having a surface treatment layer was prepared by laminating with a film.

The obtained film has a surface roughness of 0.79μm, and when it touches the surface, it gives a smooth feel, and even when compared with the conventional product which was subjected to ordinary matte embossing and had a surface roughness of 1μm or more. The surface was fine and uniform, which was preferable.

Therefore, the transparency of the laminated film as a whole can be sufficiently ensured.

Further, the surface layer does not rely on embossing and is roughened by using a cross-linked PVC resin, and therefore exhibits a uniform and good rough surface. As a result, the effect of preventing stickiness by the rough surface layer is sufficient. To be demonstrated. Furthermore, a matte laminated film can be obtained by appropriately selecting the blending amount of the cross-linked PVC in the surface layer of the rough surface, and the matte degree can be easily adjusted.

Further, in the present invention, by providing a surface treatment layer made of an ultraviolet curable resin, the effect of preventing adhesion to a contact object can be obtained by the treatment layer. When the treatment layer as described above is provided, the roughening on the surface opposite to the treatment layer surface, which has been almost impossible in the past, is overcome by the rough surface layer. Further, since the rough surface layer has a dry surface feel and is slightly matte, it is easy to distinguish. As a result, it becomes easy to distinguish between the treated layer surface and the non-treated layer surface.

Further, according to the present invention, since the use of the crosslinked PVC is limited to the rough surface layer portion, the transparency is not impaired, and the use of the crosslinked PVC does not cause a cost increase.
