Description
本発明は、化粧フィルムに関する。 The present invention relates to a decorative film.
化粧フィルムは、意匠性を付与する目的で、基材の表面に貼り付けて用いられる樹脂フィルムである。化粧フィルムに関係する先行技術を開示した文献としては、例えば、特許文献1〜5が挙げられる。 The decorative film is a resin film used by being attached to the surface of a base material for the purpose of imparting design. Examples of documents that disclose prior art related to decorative films include Patent Documents 1 to 5.
装飾性に優れた化粧フィルムとして、樹脂以外の素材を表現することのできる化粧フィルムが要望されていた。そのような化粧フィルムを実現するために、高い艶消し性を示し、かつ樹脂以外の素材の手触り感を再現することが求められていた。 As a decorative film having excellent decorativeness, there has been a demand for a decorative film capable of expressing a material other than resin. In order to realize such a decorative film, it has been required to exhibit high matteness and reproduce the feel of a material other than resin.
本発明は、上記現状に鑑みてなされたものであり、艶消し性及び手触り感を両立した化粧フィルムを提供することを目的とする。 The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned current situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative film having both mattness and a feel to the touch.
本発明の化粧フィルムは、ベースフィルム、熱可塑性樹脂層及びトップコート層を順に有する化粧フィルムであって、上記トップコート層は、ウレタン樹脂中に、シリカ粒子及び樹脂ビーズが含まれるものであり、上記樹脂ビーズは、アクリルビーズ及びウレタンビーズの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする。 The decorative film of the present invention is a decorative film having a base film, a thermoplastic resin layer, and a top coat layer in this order, and the top coat layer contains silica particles and resin beads in a urethane resin. The resin beads are characterized by containing at least one of an acrylic bead and a urethane bead.
上記樹脂ビーズの平均粒径は、5〜50μmであることが好ましい。 The average particle size of the resin beads is preferably 5 to 50 μm.
上記樹脂ビーズの含有量は、上記トップコート層の樹脂固形分100重量部に対して、10〜30重量部であることが好ましい。 The content of the resin beads is preferably 10 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin solid content of the top coat layer.
上記シリカ粒子の平均粒径は、0.1〜10μmであることが好ましい。 The average particle size of the silica particles is preferably 0.1 to 10 μm.
上記シリカ粒子の含有量は、上記トップコート層の樹脂固形分100重量部に対して、2.5〜30重量部であることが好ましい。 The content of the silica particles is preferably 2.5 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin solid content of the top coat layer.
上記ウレタン樹脂は、シリコーン共重合型ポリウレタン樹脂であることが好ましい。 The urethane resin is preferably a silicone copolymer type polyurethane resin.
更に、上記ベースフィルムと上記熱可塑性樹脂層との間に、印刷層を有することが好ましい。 Further, it is preferable to have a printing layer between the base film and the thermoplastic resin layer.
更に、上記ベースフィルムの上記熱可塑性樹脂層と隣接する側とは反対側に、粘着層を有することが好ましい。 Further, it is preferable to have an adhesive layer on the side of the base film opposite to the side adjacent to the thermoplastic resin layer.
上記化粧フィルムは、上記トップコート層側の表面に、エンボス加工が施されたものであることが好ましい。 The decorative film preferably has an embossed surface on the top coat layer side.
本発明の化粧フィルムによれば、艶消し性及び手触り感を両立することができる。 According to the decorative film of the present invention, both mattness and texture can be achieved at the same time.
The decorative film of the present invention is a decorative film having a base film, a thermoplastic resin layer, and a top coat layer in this order, and the top coat layer contains silica particles and resin beads in a urethane resin. The resin beads are characterized by containing at least one of an acrylic bead and a urethane bead. In this specification, "film" is synonymous with "sheet", and the two are not distinguished by the thickness. Further, even if a printing layer (ink layer), a primer layer (adhesive layer), or the like is arranged between the base film and the thermoplastic resin layer and between the thermoplastic resin layer and the top coat layer. Good.
図1は、本発明の化粧フィルムの一例を模式的に示した断面図である。図1に示した化粧フィルム10は、トップコート層1、熱可塑性樹脂層2、印刷層3、ベースフィルム4、及び、粘着層5の順に積層された構造を有する。粘着層5が基材と接着することにより、化粧フィルム10を基材に貼り付けることができる。その結果、基材は化粧フィルム10に覆われ、トップコート層1が空間と接する表面を構成することになる。
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing an example of the decorative film of the present invention. The
[Top coat layer]
The top coat layer 1 is located on the outermost surface of the
The urethane resin is not particularly limited, but a thermoplastic urethane resin is preferable, and a silicone copolymer type polyurethane resin is particularly preferable. If a thermoplastic urethane resin is used, embossing can be performed after the formation of the top coat layer 1, so that it is possible to produce a
The silica particles may be particles made of silicon dioxide, and their shape and average particle size are not particularly limited. The average particle size of the silica particles is preferably 0.1 μm or more, and more preferably 0.8 μm or more, from the viewpoint of imparting matteness. If the addition amount is the same, the smaller the average particle size, the higher the matting property can be imparted. Further, the average particle size of the silica particles is preferably 10 μm or less, more preferably less than 7 μm, still more preferably 2 μm or less, from the viewpoint of preventing a decrease in the transparency of the top coat layer 1. .. If the transparency of the top coat layer 1 is too low, the visibility of the pattern imparted by the print layer 3 is lowered, and the design of the
トップコート層1におけるシリカ粒子の含有量は、艶消し性の付与の観点から、樹脂固形分100重量部に対して、1重量部以上であることが好ましく、2.5重量部以上であることがより好ましく、10重量部以上であることが更に好ましい。また、シリカ粒子の含有量は、トップコート層1の透明性の低下やヘイズの過度な増大を防止する観点から、樹脂固形分100重量部に対して、30重量部以下であることが好ましく、20重量部以下であることがより好ましい。 The content of silica particles in the top coat layer 1 is preferably 1 part by weight or more, and 2.5 parts by weight or more, based on 100 parts by weight of the resin solid content, from the viewpoint of imparting matting property. Is more preferable, and 10 parts by weight or more is further preferable. Further, the content of silica particles is preferably 30 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin solid content from the viewpoint of preventing a decrease in transparency of the top coat layer 1 and an excessive increase in haze. More preferably, it is 20 parts by weight or less.
The resin beads include at least one of acrylic beads and urethane beads. The acrylic beads may be particles containing an acrylic resin component, and their shape and average particle size are not particularly limited. The urethane beads may be particles containing a urethane resin component, and their shape and average particle size are not particularly limited. According to the acrylic beads and the urethane beads, it is possible to reproduce the feel of wood, earthen walls or concrete, for example. Further, as a method of imparting a feeling of touch, it is conceivable to add inorganic beads made of an inorganic material such as glass beads, but the acrylic beads and urethane beads are the urethane resin which is the main material of the top coat layer 1. Since the beads are excellent in adhesion and compatibility and have a close specific gravity, they have an advantage that they are less likely to fall off from the top coat layer 1 or settle to the lower part of the top coat layer 1 as compared with inorganic beads. As the acrylic beads, commercially available products such as "Chemisnow (registered trademark)" manufactured by Soken Chemical Co., Ltd., "Art Pearl" manufactured by Negami Kogyo Co., Ltd., and "Ganz Pearl" manufactured by Aica Kogyo Co., Ltd. can be used.
The average particle size of the resin beads is preferably 1 μm or more, more preferably 5 μm or more, and further preferably 10 μm or more, from the viewpoint of imparting a feeling of touch. The average particle size of the resin beads is preferably 50 μm or less, and more preferably 30 μm or less, from the viewpoint of processability and prevention of falling off from the top coat layer 1. The texture of the resin beads can be adjusted to give a feeling of touch, and if small beads (10 μm or less) are used, a feeling of smoothness and fine particles can be obtained, so that a feeling of touch like concrete can be obtained. If large beads (10 to 30 μm) are used, a rough feel is given, so that a feel like a clay wall or wood chips can be obtained. If larger beads (30 μm or more) are used, a rough-cut wood-like feel can be obtained.
The content of the resin beads in the top coat layer 1 is preferably 10 parts by weight or more with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin solid content from the viewpoint of imparting a feeling of touch. If it is less than 10 parts by weight, a sufficient amount of resin beads are not distributed on the surface of the top coat layer 1, so that a foreign body sensation may occur. Within the range of 10 to 20 parts by weight, the unevenness of the surface of the top coat layer 1 is clearly felt. In the range of 20 to 30 parts by weight, the resin beads are densely distributed on the surface of the top coat layer 1, so that the texture is suppressed. The content of the resin beads is preferably 30 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin solid content. If it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the frequency of overlapping of the resin beads increases, and there is a possibility that the number of resin beads falling off from the surface of the top coat layer 1 increases.
トップコート層1の厚さは特に限定されないが、1〜10μmであることが好ましい。 The thickness of the top coat layer 1 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1 to 10 μm.
トップコート層1は、印刷層3の意匠性をより高めるために、透明性が高いことが好ましく、具体的には、全光線透過率が70%以上であることが好ましく、80%以上であることがより好ましく、90%以上であることが更に好ましい。なお、本明細書において、全光線透過率は、JIS K 7375に基づく値である。 The top coat layer 1 preferably has high transparency in order to further enhance the design of the print layer 3, and specifically, the total light transmittance is preferably 70% or more, and 80% or more. More preferably, it is more preferably 90% or more. In this specification, the total light transmittance is a value based on JIS K 7375.
トップコート層1は、例えば、トップコート層形成用組成物を塗工することによって形成できる。上記トップコート層形成用組成物としては、例えば、ウレタン樹脂、シリカ粒子、樹脂ビーズ、溶剤、添加剤等を含有するものが挙げられる。添加剤としては、紫外線吸収剤、安定剤等を用いることができる。 The top coat layer 1 can be formed, for example, by applying a composition for forming a top coat layer. Examples of the composition for forming the top coat layer include those containing a urethane resin, silica particles, resin beads, a solvent, an additive and the like. As the additive, an ultraviolet absorber, a stabilizer, or the like can be used.
[Thermoplastic resin layer]
The type of the thermoplastic resin used for the
上記塩化ビニル樹脂としては、例えば、塩化ビニルの単独重合体、塩化ビニルと他の単量体との共重合体を挙げることができる。 Examples of the vinyl chloride resin include a homopolymer of vinyl chloride and a copolymer of vinyl chloride and another monomer.
Examples of the other monomer include vinyl esters such as vinyl acetate and vinyl propionate; olefins such as ethylene, propylene and styrene; (meth) acrylic acid esters such as methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate. Maleic acid diesters such as dibutyl maleate and diethyl maleate; fumaric acid diesters such as dibutyl fumarate and diethyl fumarate; vinyl cyanide such as acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile; vinyl halides such as vinylidene chloride and vinyl bromide; Examples thereof include vinyl ethers such as methyl vinyl ether and ethyl vinyl ether. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
上記他の単量体の共重合体における含有量は、通常、50重量%以下であり、好ましくは10重量%以下である。50重量%を超えると、耐屈曲性が低下するおそれがある。上記塩化ビニル樹脂のなかでも、寸法安定性が得られる点から、塩化ビニルの単独重合体が好ましい。 The content of the other monomer in the copolymer is usually 50% by weight or less, preferably 10% by weight or less. If it exceeds 50% by weight, the bending resistance may decrease. Among the above-mentioned vinyl chloride resins, a homopolymer of vinyl chloride is preferable from the viewpoint of obtaining dimensional stability.
The average degree of polymerization of the vinyl chloride resin is not particularly limited, and is adjusted according to the required hardness of the film and the amount of the plasticizer used for adjusting the hardness, and is, for example, 750 to 1300. .. The preferable upper limit of the average degree of polymerization is 1050. When the average degree of polymerization is in the range of 750 to 1300, the moldability at a relatively low temperature is particularly good. In the present specification, the average degree of polymerization of vinyl chloride resin means the average degree of polymerization measured in accordance with JIS K6721 “Vinyl chloride resin test method”.
The
Examples of the polymer polyester plasticizer include polyalkylene glycol diesters such as polyethylene glycol diesters of phthalic acid, polypropylene glycol diesters, and polyethylene glycol polypropylene glycol diesters; polyethylene glycol diesters of aliphatic dibasic acids such as adipic acid and sebacic acid. , Polypropylene glycol diester, polyethylene glycol polypropylene glycol diester and other polyalkylene glycol diesters. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The number average molecular weight of the plasticizer is, for example, 350 to 3000.
The content of the plasticizer is preferably 10 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. If the content is less than 10 parts by weight, the
熱可塑性樹脂層2は、必要に応じて、安定剤、紫外線吸収材、着色剤、発泡剤、滑剤、改質剤、無機粒子や無機繊維等の充填剤、希釈剤等の添加剤を含有してもよい。これらの添加剤としては、熱可塑性樹脂に一般的に配合されるものを使用することができる。

The base film 4 has a role as a support for the
The material of the base film 4 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include vinyl chloride resin and polyethylene terephthalate resin, and among them, vinyl chloride resin is preferably contained.
The content of the plasticizer used in the base film 4 is preferably 10 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. If the content is less than 10 parts by weight, the base film 4 becomes too hard, and the film may be torn during molding. On the other hand, if it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the base film 4 becomes too soft, which may make it difficult to form the print layer 3 on the base film 4. A more preferable lower limit of the content of the plasticizer is 15 parts by weight. Since the

To 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) having an average degree of polymerization of 1000, 27 parts by weight of diisononyl phthalate (DINP) was added as a plasticizer to obtain a PVC compound. The obtained PVC compound was melt-kneaded with a Banbury mixer and then molded into a sheet having a thickness of 80 μm using an inverted L-shaped calendar to prepare a PVC film. The obtained PVC film was used as a top film (thermoplastic resin layer) and a base film.
次に、ベースフィルムの一方の面に、インクジェットプリンターにより、塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合体・アクリル系インクを用いて印刷層を形成した。続いて、ベースフィルムの印刷層が形成された面に、トップフィルムを熱ラミネートにて貼り合わせ、積層フィルムを作製した。 Next, a printing layer was formed on one surface of the base film by using an inkjet printer using a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer / acrylic ink. Subsequently, the top film was heat-laminated on the surface of the base film on which the print layer was formed to prepare a laminated film.

The composition was added and the viscosity was adjusted with methyl ethyl ketone for dilution to obtain a composition for a top coat layer. The obtained composition for a top coat layer was applied onto the top film of the laminated film with a bar coater and dried at 85 ° C. for 2 minutes to form a top coat layer having a thickness of 6 μm. As a result, a laminated body in which a top coat layer, a top film (thermoplastic resin layer), a printing layer, and a base film were laminated in this order was obtained.
Further, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive solution is applied to one surface of a 100 μm-thick separator (biaxially stretched polyester (PET) film) with a bar coater so that the dry thickness is 40 μm to form a coating film. did.
