【課題を解決する為の手段】生薬を効率良く且つ簡便に
抽出するために熱収縮性合成繊維からなるネットおよび
微細孔を有する熱収縮性フィルムに生薬を包装し溶媒中
で抽出後及び抽出中に絞って抽出効率を向上させ,且つ
残渣中の有効成分を少なくして,そのうえ残渣の嵩を小
さくするものである。合成繊維の種類は特定するもので
はないが例えばポリアミド,ポリエステル,ポリアクリ
ル,ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレンの単独もしくは2種
以上の混紡繊維の編組品である。編組方法,繊維の太さ
は任意で良い。たたんで包んでも,ネットを加工した袋
内に生薬を入れても良い。熱収縮性合成繊維製ネットの
熱収縮率は100℃で縦横方向とも原長さの50%以下
に収縮するのが好ましいが,限定されるもので無い。熱
収縮性合成樹脂フィルムの種類はポリエチレン,ポリプ
ロピレン,ポリ−4−メチルペンテン−1,ポリビニー
ルアセテート,ポリビニリデンクロライド,ポリプタジ
ェン,ポリエチレンフタレート,ポリブチンテレフタレ
ート,ポリアミドのホモポリマー,コーポリマー,ポリ
マーアロイが適している。しかしこれら以外のポリマー
フィルムでも生薬抽出用に適しているフィルムであれば
ポリマーの種類は問わない。フィルムは0.01mmか
ら1.0mmの任意厚さとする。0.01mm以下では
フィルムの機械的強度が不十分で,1.0mm以上では
難しくなる。しかしフィルム厚さにより本発明が制限さ
れるものではない。微細孔の内径は0.01mmから
2.0mmが適し,形状は円形が最も適しているが他の
孔形状でも良い。多数の微細孔の内径が0.01mm以
下だと,溶媒及び生薬抽出成分溶液の合成樹脂フィルム
通過速度が遅くなり,又内径2.0mm以上では生薬の
もれる不都合が生ずる。しかし本発明は微細孔のサイズ
及び微細孔の数によって制限されるもので無い。合成樹
脂フィルムの熱収縮率は縦横両方向とも任意の温度で収
縮前フィルムサイズの50%以下に収縮することが好ま
しい。フィルムの種類,サイズ,収縮率及び生薬の包装
置により,生薬の溶媒中の絞力を調節する。熱収縮性合
成樹脂フィルムは風呂敷式に用いても良いが,袋状にす
るといっ層本発明の目的を達成し易くなる。熱収縮性合
成繊維製ネット,熱収縮性合成樹脂フィルムの内部には
適宜内シートとか内袋を用いても良い。内シートとか内
袋は熱収縮性ネット,多孔フィルムの補強及び生薬の漏
出防止作用をする。内シートとか内袋は繊維布でも紙で
も不織布でも良い。生薬の抽出及び絞りは次の3機構が
ある。第一は熱収縮性ネットまたは熱収縮性フィルムで
絞り後抽出する。第二は絞りつつ抽出する。第三は抽出
後に絞る。第一の絞り後抽出するのが最も一般的であ
る。100℃で延伸した熱収縮性低密度ポリエチレンネ
ットに生薬を入れ沸騰水中で抽出を行うと,抽出と同時
に熱収縮して,生薬を絞り抽出する。第二は100℃で
延伸した熱収縮性低密度ポリエチレンネットに生薬を入
れ90℃の熱水中に入れるとネットは緩慢に収縮し,絞
りつつ抽出する。第三は120℃で延伸した熱収縮性ポ
リプロピレンネットに生薬を入れ圧力容器内の100℃
水中で抽出を行い,ついで120℃に昇温するとポリプ
ロピレンネットは収縮し生薬を絞る。本発生による生薬
の抽出材とその抽出法方は,,工業用大規模でも家庭用
小規模でも行える利点がある。
