(57)【要約】 【目的】 この考案は、ワイヤロープの芯綱を被覆し、
油を少しづつ出すことにより、ワイヤロープの寿命を延
ばしたものである。 【構成】 芯綱３を被覆２し、それに穴などをあけるこ
とにより、芯綱３に含ませた油を少しづつ出し長期間も
たせる。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、ワイヤロープの寿命を延ばしたものである。
従来のワイヤロープは、芯綱３に油を直接含ませることにより、鋼索内部 よりの腐触を防ぎ、使用中にこの油の浸潤により各素線間１の摩耗を防いだ ものであった。
従って芯綱３の油が無くなるのが早く、鋼索内部よりの腐触及び各素線間 １の摩耗が早く起こった。
本案は、芯綱３を被覆２し、それに穴などをあけることにより、 芯綱３に含ませた油を少しづつ出し長期間もたせることにより、鋼索 内部よりの腐触及び、各素線間１の摩耗の期間を延ばしたものである。
