(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a pile pile, a pile pile fiber has four or more apex portions in order to obtain a pile pile fiber made of a polyester fiber having a small change in gloss depending on a viewing angle and having good covering property and openability. Further, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-50552 proposes a mocket pile using a fiber having a concave portion inside a tangent line connecting adjacent apexes.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, even if a fiber having about four convex portions in the cross-section disclosed in JP-A-63-50552 is used for a pile yarn for a mocket, a The so-called "blurred" that the surface of the mocket looks white depending on the way of contact and the angle of view, and the so-called "finger mark" where the mark remains when you rub the surface of the mocket with your fingers
However, it has not been resolved to the extent that the product appearance is fully satisfactory.

On the other hand, it has been considered to use fibers with large fineness as pile yarns in order to eliminate white blur and finger marks, but this has the drawback that the texture of the mocket becomes coarse and hard. Was there.

(Means for Solving the Problem) That is, according to the present invention, at least a part of the fibers constituting the pile yarn is a synthetic fiber having 8 to 14 leaves and a flat cross-sectional shape,
The cut pile is characterized in that the tip of at least one of the convex portions located in the major axis direction of the cross section is a synthetic fiber having a circular bulge or split into two, and the pile length is 4 mm or less. It is a cloth.

The major feature of the present invention is that at least a part of the fibers constituting the pile yarn has 8 to 14 leaves and has a flat cross section, and further has a circular bulge at the tip of the convex portion in the major axis direction of the cross section. By forming the crotch into two parts, it is possible to achieve remarkable white blur prevention and difficulty in sticking finger fingers without impairing the covering property and soft texture of the mocket.

The synthetic fiber having 8 to 14 leaves and a flat cross section used in the present invention refers to a cross section having a cross section as shown in, for example, FIGS. 1 (3) to (6), and the number of convex portions is 7. The effect of the present invention cannot be achieved with less than (leaf) or more than 15 (leaf).

Further specifically looking at the cross-sectional shape, for example, in the case of using an 8- to 14-lobe cross-section fiber as shown in FIG. 1, the ratio l 3 / l 2 of the major axis l 3 and the minor axis l 2 shown in the figure is used. (Hereinafter sometimes referred to as flatness) is preferably 1.5 to 7, and particularly 1.5 to 5
Is preferred. If the flatness is small, the coverage of the mocket is poor, and it is difficult to obtain a product with satisfactory gloss and texture. On the other hand, if the flatness is too large, the mechanical strength of the fiber itself tends to decrease, and the fiber is likely to be damaged during crimping or during the spinning process. When the distance between the tip of the convex portion adjacent to the minor axis l 2 and the center (O) of the fiber cross section is l 1 , the following relationship is satisfied with l 1 , l 2 and l 3. Is desirable.

1:l2:l3=1:1〜1.5:1.3〜7、 好ましくは、l1:l2:l3=1:1.1〜1.4:1.5〜5 また、本発明においては、繊維断面の長手方向に位置す

l 1 : l 2 : l 3 = 1: 1 to 1.5: 1.3 to 7, preferably l 1 : l 2 : l 3 = 1: 1.1 to 1.4: 1.5 to 5 In the present invention, The tip of at least one of the protrusions located in the longitudinal direction has a circular bulge [FIGS. 1 (3) and (4)], and the tip is 2
The use of fibers having a crotch shape [FIGS. 1 (5) and (6)] has a great effect on suppressing white blur and finger marks.

In these synthetic fibers having 8 to 14 leaves and a flat cross section used in the present invention, it is not so preferable that each recess is deeply formed toward the inside of the fiber cross section, and any convex portion from the center of the fiber the distance (L 1) to, the same ratio of the distance from the center of the fiber to the recess adjacent to the convex portion (L 2) (L 2) / (L 1) is preferably 0.5 or more, particularly preferably 0.6 The above is desired. If the concave portion is deep, not only the production of the fiber itself becomes difficult, but also such a convex portion of the fiber is easily damaged in the spinning process, the processing process, etc., so that the final product is not satisfactory. Absent.

Further, inorganic fine particles, fragrances, antibacterial agents, deodorants, flame retardants, and the like, and further different polymers may be mixed and mixed. For example, by increasing the amount of titanium dioxide that has been conventionally used to 1% by weight or more and making it a so-called full dull brand, and using this in a moquette, etc. It is possible to obtain a fiber having a tone-like appearance and texture.

Such flat cross-section fibers of 8 to 14 leaves used in the present invention are, for example, spinnerets as shown in FIGS. 2 (2) and (3) (the cross-sectional area of the spinneret pores is 0.05 mm 2 or more). Preferred)), a melt of the fiber-forming polymer is extruded, and 0.3 to 2.0 m / sec of cooling air is blown to the spun yarn at a position of 3 to 50 cm directly below the spinneret to cool it, and the draft is taken out at 50 or more. Therefore, it can be manufactured.

In the present invention, at least a part of the fibers constituting the pile yarn must be the above-mentioned specific flat fibers, and in the pile yarn, preferably 30% or more, and particularly 50% or more have 8 to 14 leaves and a flat cross section. It preferably has a shape and is made of synthetic fibers. The remaining fiber is not particularly limited in cross-sectional shape as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired, and it is possible to appropriately mix and use atypical cross-sectional fibers such as T-shaped cross-section and dogbone type cross-section fiber. it can.

In the present invention, if the requirements for the above fiber cross section are satisfied, the structure and manufacturing method of the cut pile fabric itself are not specified at all, and for example, a mocket pile using a conventionally known double loom, etc. It can be a cut pile fabric or a cut pile fabric such as a cut pile knitted fabric. However, since one of the technical problems of the present invention is the suppression of white blur and finger marks, a pile fabric like long carpet (pile length) that does not cause such a problem is not included. Pile length
It is intended for cut pile fabrics of 4 mm or less.
In the present invention, the pile length means the average length of the pile portion appearing as a raised portion from the surface of the base fabric.

As a result, the mocket of the present invention was good in both covering property and feeling, and was almost inconspicuous with white blur and finger marks, and was a comprehensively high-quality mocket. On the other hand, when the four-leaf flat cross-section fiber was used for the pile yarn (Comparative Example 3), the covering property and the texture were relatively good, but the white blur and the finger mark were conspicuous. There was no satisfactory appearance.
Further, in the case where the 8-lobed cross-section fiber which is not flat is used for the pile yarn (Comparative Example 4), the obtained mocket has poor covering property, and white blur and finger marks are also noticeable. It was.
