In Europe and America, stone roofing materials such as natural slate and simple roofing materials such as tiles such as tile blocks are also used for roofs. However, in areas with a lot of rain such as Japan, roofs using roofing materials such as stone materials and tile blocks have been considered unsuitable because of their poor rain-sealing performance. However, in recent years, roofing materials are highly diversified, and roofing materials such as stone materials and tile blocks have been demanded for design reasons.

Since the upper surface is provided with the engaging hole 4a, rainwater or the like during a storm is transmitted along the lower surface (rear surface) of the roofing roofing material 1 between the lower surface and the upper surface of the ridge portion 4, and the engagement is performed. Hole 4a
There is a case where water leaks slightly from the inside to the inside of the room, and in particular, when both side edges of the adjacent thatched roofing materials 2 are connected on the ridge portion 4, water may leak from the connecting portion to the inside. There was a problem. Even if an upper roofing material such as a tile block or a natural slate is tightened and fixed on the ridges of the lower thatching roofing material with a fixture such as a screw, the screw holes are screwed into the interior of the room. It was difficult to prevent water leaks to.

In addition, since the joint cover covers the fixing groove portion of the suspension member from above including the locking structure portion of the locking groove portion of the suspension member and the rising portion of the underlaying roofing material, Even if rainwater enters through the gap between the surface material attached to the section and the hanger member, this rainwater will enter the room side through the gap between the hanger member and the starting part of the roofing roof material. Without such a situation, the drip is dropped on the outer groove portion of the suspension member or further on the surface of the thatched roof material outside thereof. Therefore, the rainwater flows toward the eaves along the outer groove or the upper surface of the roofing roof material, and is reliably discharged from the eave side end to the outside.

Therefore, it is possible to avoid the possibility that rainwater concentrates only on the outer groove portion and causes water leakage to the indoor side.

Since the surface material is supported by coming into contact with the base material from above through the lowering roof material, the roof strength can be improved against a load acting from above the surface material.

Since the upper surface portion 29 and the left and right side surface portions 30 of the joint cover 15 cover the joint portion between the suspender member 14 and the rising portion 18 of the lowering roof material 13 from above, the mounting portion 23 is located. Even if rainwater enters through the gap between the surface material 16 attached to the joint and the joint cover 15, this rainwater enters the room side from the connecting portion between the suspension member 14 and the underlaying roof material starting portion 18. Without falling down, it falls into the outer groove portion 26, flows in the eaves direction along the outer groove portion 26, and is discharged to the outside from the eaves side end portion, that is, there is no water leakage to the indoor side and on the roof surface. Excellent drainage that ensures reliable drainage Dance performance is exhibited. By providing a drainage port at the bottom of the outer groove portion 26, rainwater that has entered the outer groove portion 26 can be released to the upper surface of the thatched roofing material 13 and drained through a wide roof surface. It is possible to further improve the water resistance performance when there is a large amount of rainwater intrusion that exceeds the allowable drainage amount.

The main difference from the other examples is that the part is brought into contact with the upper surface of the lower thatched roof material 13 in the state of being attached to the base. By doing so, the mounting portion 23 comes into contact with the base material 12 (see FIG. 1 or FIG. 2) from above via the underlaying roof material 13 to support the surface material 16,
The roof strength can be effectively improved against a load acting from above the surface material 16. In this embodiment, a hook-shaped engaged member that faces downward to the outer groove portion 26 is formed on the side surface of the hanging portion 22. The outer groove portion 26 is formed while the portion 34 is formed.
The engaging portion 32 is formed in such a manner that the lower end portion of the side surface portion 31 of the joint cover fitted to the above is folded back upward inward, and the engaging portion 32 is elastically engaged with the hooked engaged portion 34. This ensures that the joint cover 15 is securely held by the hanger member 14. In addition, a folded-back portion 35 is formed inward from the upper end of the rising portion 18 of the lower thatched roof material 13, and the folded-back portion 35 is elastically fitted into the engaging groove portion 25 of the suspension member 14 to lower the lower portion. The roofing material 13 is firmly fixed.
