2. Description of the Related Art When constructing a ground anchor or the like,
There is a method of inserting the grout on the ground in advance to prepare the anchor trunk body, and then inserting it into the drilling hole. However, this method increases the weight of the anchor body and loses flexibility, so that the drilling hole is drilled. There is a drawback that the insertion work inside becomes difficult. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, a construction method is adopted in which the sheath pipe 4 is attached around the tensile member 3 and is inserted into the drilled hole 5, and then the grout 51 is injected into the inside and outside of the sheath pipe 4. There is a case.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] In the case of the above construction method,
There are the following problems. That is, when the grout 51 is injected into the sheath tube 4, the internal grout hose 6 is used, and when the grout 51 is injected into the outside of the sheath tube 4, a separate external grout hose 61 is used. Is used. Therefore, the two grout hoses 6 and 61 are arranged in the sheath tube 4, and the cross-sectional area occupied by the grout hose in the cross section of the anchor trunk becomes large. As a result, the arrangement space for the tension members 3 becomes narrower, and the number or diameter of the tension members 3 must be reduced, and the design load of the anchor tendon becomes smaller.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and reduces the cross-sectional area of the grout hose occupying the cross section of the anchor-trunk body and reduces the number of tensile members. Alternatively, it is an object of the present invention to provide a grout injection hose for anchor construction capable of increasing the design load of the anchor tendon by increasing the diameter. That is, according to the present invention, a sheath tube is attached around a tensile member and is inserted into a drilled hole, and then a grout is injected into the inside and outside of the sheath tube to be used for an anchor construction. -In the sheath, two flow passages in the axial direction are formed inside the pipe body, one end of the flow passage is opened outside the sheath pipe, and the other end of the flow passage is opened inside the sheath pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. <A> Overall structure of anchor-tendon (FIG. 1) The overall structure of anchor-tendon is configured as shown in FIG. That is, the required number of tensile members 3 such as PC stranded wire and the grout hose 1 of the present invention are bundled, and a sheath tube 4 such as a corrugated sheath is installed around them. . The open end of the sheathed sheath tube 4 is closed by a water stop portion 41, and a tip cap 43 having a grout inlet 42 is attached to the front end side of the water stop portion 41. The tip portion of the grout hose 1 is passed through the tip cap 43.

<B> Grout hose structure (FIGS. 1 to 4) As described above, the grout hose 1 installed inside the sheath tube 4 together with the tensile member 3 is mainly used as shown in FIGS. Pipe 1
1, a tip pipe 12, and a flexible tube 2. The main pipe 11 has one end open to the ground and the other end slightly above the water shut off portion 41, and opens into the closed sheath pipe 4. This opening serves as an internal injection port 13 for injecting grout into the sheath tube 4. On the other hand, inside the main pipe 11, a flexible tube 2 is installed, and the one end opening is located above the ground.
The other end is exposed from the internal injection port 13 and communicates with one end of the tip pipe 12. The tip pipe 12 is the water stop part 4.
1 is embedded in the axial direction, one end communicates with the flexible tube 2 as described above, and the other end is exposed in the tip cap 43. The exposed end is used as an external injection port 14 for injecting grout to the outside of the sheath tube 4. With the above configuration, two flow paths are formed in the flexible tube 2 and the main pipe 11, one flow path serving as the external injection port 14 outside the sheath tube 4. The other flow path has a structure that opens as an internal inlet 13 into the sheath tube 4.

[Method of use] Next, a method of constructing an anchor using the grout hose of the present invention will be described. <A> Injecting grout into the sheath tube (Figs. 1 and 3) As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the anchor constructed as described above.
Insert the tendon into the drilled hole 5. Next, the grout 51 is pressure-fed into the pipe from the above-ground opening of the main pipe 11. Then, the grout 51 flows out from the internal injection port 13 and fills the sheath tube 4. At this time, since the flexible tube 2 is flatly folded, it does not hinder the injection of the grout 51.

<D> Injecting grouting into the sheath (Fig. 2,
4) After filling the whole of the sheath tube 4 with the grout 51, the grout 51 is injected through the opening on the ground portion of the flexible tube 2. Then, the flexible tube 2 expands to form a flow path, and the grout 51 is pumped into the flexible tube 2.
Then, the grout 51 flows out from the external injection port 14 and can be filled into the space between the drilled hole 5 and the sheath tube 4 via the injection port 42 of the tip cap 43.

Other Embodiments As another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a double pipe structure composed of an outer pipe 7 and an inner pipe 71, or two split pipes 8 and 81 having a semicircular cross section are circular. Two flow paths can be formed by adopting a split type structure that is combined in a shape, a partition pipe structure in which a partition material 91 is arranged in the axial direction of one partition pipe 9, and the like. In these cases, one end of one of the flow paths is opened inside the sheath tube 4, and the other end of the flow path is opened outside the sheath tube 4 to obtain the above-mentioned embodiment. The same effect can be obtained.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained. <A> According to the present invention, it is possible to inject grout inside or outside the sheath tube by using one grout hose having the same cross-sectional area. Therefore, the cross-sectional area of the grout hose occupying the cross section of the anchor-trunk is reduced, and the number or diameter of the tensile members can be increased. Therefore, the seal of the same cross section
The anchor can increase the design load of the anchor tendon.
