[Prior Art] In continuous annealing furnaces and heating furnaces, a plurality of zones are provided according to the heat treatment cycle of the steel material, but as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-162250 as a partition of these zones. A type in which a plurality of ceramic fiber blocks are suspended is known. That is, in this ceramic fiber block, as shown in FIG. 2, a ceramic flange 2 is arranged at the lower end of a ceramic rod-shaped member 1, and a predetermined shape, for example, a quadrangle, is formed on the ceramic flange 2. The ceramic fiber 4 is compression-laminated so that the central portion thereof is penetrated by the ceramic rod-shaped member 1.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The heat-resistant block 5 disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-162250 uses ceramics, and ceramics having a problem with thermal shock resistance are surrounded by ceramic fibers. As a result, the thermal shock resistance of the ceramic is improved and the life is extended, but on the other hand, the ceramic fiber 4 cracks due to long-term use, and the crack progresses and reaches the ceramic rod-shaped member 1. There is a problem that the heat-resistant block 5 falls off. Therefore, the heat-resistant block 5 is removed from the ceiling wall 6 of the heating furnace 7 to the furnace of the heating furnace 7 as shown in FIGS. 3 (a), (b) and (c). When a plurality of partitions are provided by suspending them in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, a gap is created in the partition, and the performance as the partition deteriorates.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in order to advantageously solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. 1. A ceramic flange is provided at the lower end of a ceramic rod member, In a heat-resistant block obtained by compressing and laminating ceramic fibers formed in a predetermined shape on the flange by the ceramic rod-shaped member, a plurality of ceramic fiber supports are supported on the ceramic rod-shaped member in the longitudinal direction thereof. The heating furnace ceiling partition wall, which is characterized in that a ceramic fiber fixing body is provided so as to intersect both sides of the ceramic fiber supporting body, 2. The ceramic fiber supporting body is a small-diameter short ceramic rod shape. The partition wall according to 1 above, which is composed of a body and is fixed by penetrating the ceramic rod-shaped member.

[Operation] According to the present invention, since the ceramic heat-resistant blocks above and below are supported by the ceramic fiber support and fixed by the ceramic fiber fixing body, even if the ceramic fiber is used for a long period of time, a gap due to cracking or dropping does not occur in the ceramic fiber.

According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a ceramic flange 2 is arranged at the lower end of a ceramic rod member 1, and a ceramic fiber 4 formed in a predetermined shape, for example, a square, is formed on the flange 2. In the conventional heat resistant block (FIG. 2) formed by penetrating the member 1 and compression-laminating,
A plurality of ceramic fiber supports 8 are provided on the rod-shaped member 1 at predetermined intervals L in the lengthwise direction, and the ceramic fibers 4 are placed on the rod-shaped member 1 so as to be compressed and laminated. The ceramic fiber 4 is configured to be supported and fixed by the ceramic fiber support 8 and the fixing body 10 by penetrating both sides of the fiber support 8 so as to intersect with each other.

The ceramic fiber fixing body 10 has a length shorter than that of the ceramic fiber supporting body 8 and has a diameter smaller than that of the supporting body as a ceramic rod-shaped body and penetrates through holes 9 and 11 provided in the ceramic fiber supporting body 8. Let it be fixed. In the figure, 3 is a ceramic fiber that surrounds the flange 2.

[考案の効果] 本考案は、以上述べたように構成したものであるから、

[Advantages of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above,
Even if the ceramic fiber of the heat-resistant block is cracked, it will not settle or fall off, and no gap will be created even after long-term use. Therefore, when the partition of the heating furnace is constructed by the heat-resistant block of the present invention, the advantages of the ceramic and the ceramic fiber can be fully exhibited, and the life of the partition can be remarkably extended.
