(57) [Summary] [Purpose] The current lack of nurses in clinics and hospitals is a serious problem. One of the jobs of nurses is to mix other drugs into the infusion solution. By attaching two valves to the syringe of the present invention, the part that absorbs the drug and the part that discharges the drug are separated, and when inserting several kinds of drugs into the infusion container, the rubber stopper part of the container is repeatedly pierced with a needle. It only needs to be done once, and the possibility of poking the finger that supports it is reduced, and one of the nurse's tasks is simplified and the risk is reduced. [Structure] An outer cylinder (1) of a syringe is provided with a hole (4) that is opened on the same surface as a valve (3) that opens inward inside a hole to which an injection needle is attached. The outer valve is covered and a thin tube (5) is pierced on the non-valve surface, and a needle is attached to the tip. The injection liquid sucked up by the two valves goes to the thin tube and then comes out from the needle beyond it. If the injection needle is inserted into the drip container, it is not necessary to repeatedly insert the injection needle when blending several kinds of injection solutions.

[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to the combination of an infusion solution and an injection solution in a medical institution.

[Prior art]

In the conventional syringe, the location where the liquid is sucked in and out is the same location.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

In the above technology, when several types of injection solutions were mixed in a liquid drug container for infusion, the operation of sucking the injection solution from an ampoule with a syringe and sticking it into the rubber stopper of the infusion container was repeated. . It was devised for the purpose of simplification by having to pierce the rubber plug part only once.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

Inside the hole to which the needle of the outer cylinder of the syringe is attached, make a hole on the same surface as the valve that opens inside, attach a valve that opens outside, cover the valve that is attached outside, and make a hole on the surface that does not have a valve. Attach a tube and attach an injection needle to the end.

[Action]

When sucking the injection liquid with a syringe, open the valve inside the hole in the outer cylinder where the injection needle is attached and close the outside valve. When the inner cylinder is pushed, the valve attached to the inside closes, the valve attached to the outside opens, and the injection solution flows out in a different direction from when it was sucked.

As shown in Fig. 1, attach a thin rubber valve (3) with an adhesive that is harmless to the human body inside the hole to which the needle of the syringe outer barrel (1) is attached, and make a hole on the same surface and make it the same on the outside. Install a thin rubber valve (4) on. Cover the outside with plastic, make a hole in the valveless surface, attach a thin polyester tube (5), and attach a needle (7) to the end. As shown in Fig. 2, insert the injection needle into the ampoule containing the injection solution, and pull the inner cylinder in the direction (8) to open the valve (3), and the injection solution in the ampoule enters the syringe, and then (9) ) Direction, the valve (3) closes and the valve (4) opens, and the injection liquid flows out in the other direction from the ampoule, and the injection needle (7) attached to the tip of the injection liquid penetrates through the thin tube (5). Into the drip container (6). When several kinds of injection solutions are placed in the container for infusion The above operation is repeated.

[Effect of device]

Conventionally, when several kinds of injection solutions are put in a drip container like this, the injection solution in the ampoule is absorbed by a syringe and pierced into the rubber stopper of the container for injection. This operation is repeated. Currently, the material of this container is a lot of polyester, which is soft. Therefore, when the needle is pierced, the rubber stopper is supported by the finger, so the risk of piercing the finger increases as the number of times the needle pierces the rubber stopper increases. Since only one piercing operation is required, the risk of piercing a finger is reduced and speed is increased.
