(Prior Art) Conventionally, in the underground burial of electric power lines and the like, it has been practiced to make a plurality of pipe lines parallel to each other. A tube pillow as described in the 23991 publication is used. This tube pillow can be assembled in multiple rows and stages so that it can be connected in parallel in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction as appropriate according to the number of electric tubes and the conditions of the burying place.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the connecting portion of the tube pillow as in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the fitting groove formed on one tube pillow and the fitting projection formed on the other tube pillow. Since only a plurality of pipe pillows are fitted in and connected in parallel with each other, when the fitting portions of the pipe pillows are loosely fitted, the joined pipe pillows may be displaced from each other. This means that when a plurality of pipe pillows are connected together in advance to the piping construction site, the assembled assembly will collapse during transportation, and the piping work must be done while reassembling at the site. There is an inconvenience that it does not happen. Further, even when the pipe work is performed while connecting the pipe pillows at the construction site, the pipe pillows may be displaced from each other, and the assembled product may be broken, which hinders the pipe work.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The connecting portion of the present invention has a plurality of connecting portions in which a fitting concave portion formed on one pipe pillow is fitted into a fitting concave portion formed on the other pipe pillow. In the connecting portion of the tube pillow formed by connecting the tube pillows in parallel with each other, a void hole is provided in the joint surface of the fitting concave portion and the fitting convex portion of the tube pillow so as to penetrate in the axial direction of the pipe. A connecting pin having a flange portion is fitted in and the flange portion of the connecting pin is engaged with at least one end edge of the void hole.

(Operation) According to the present invention, when the connecting pin having the locking flange at least one end is fitted into the void hole provided in the joint surface of the fitting concave portion and the fitting convex portion of the pipe pillow according to the above-described structure, the connecting pin is inserted. Locking collar is locked to the edge of the void hole. Therefore, the pipe pillows connected to each other are prevented from being displaced because the movement of the pipe pillows in the pipe axial direction is restricted by the locking brim of the connecting pin.

In order to connect a plurality of the above-mentioned tube pillows 1 in parallel using the above-mentioned connecting pins 7 and 8, as shown in FIG. When the fitting convex portion 51 formed on the side surface 5 of the other pillow 1 is fitted and engaged with the formed concave portion 41, the semicircular groove portion 42 of the fitting concave portion 41 and the half of the fitting convex portion 51. The circular void portion 9 is formed by the circular groove portion 52. When the connecting pin 8 described with reference to FIG. 3 is fitted into the void hole 9 from the collar portion 82 on the split pin 85 side, the collar portion of the connecting pin 8 is fitted to both end edges 91 and 92 of the void hole 9 as shown in FIG. 82 and 83 are locked respectively. In this case, the bulging portion 84 of the connecting pin 8 comes into contact with the semicircular groove portion 42 of the fitting concave portion 41 and the semicircular groove portion 52 of the fitting convex portion 51 of the pipe pillow so as to spread the void hole 9. Since it works, when the fitting convex portion 51 is fitted in the fitting concave portion 41, even if there is rattling, it can be firmly joined.

In order to further connect the two tube pillows 1 connected in the horizontal direction in the vertical direction, that is, in the vertical direction, a pair of tube pillows 1 in the connected state shown in FIG. 4 are prepared and shown in FIG. In the state in which the upper and lower sides are reversed so that the upper and lower pipe pillows 1 are fitted with each other, the fitting concave portions 61 on the bottom surfaces 6 of the upper and lower pipe pillows 1 are
When the fitting convex portion 62 is fitted into and engaged with the fitting convex portion 62, the circular void hole 10 formed by the semicircular groove portion 63 of the fitting concave portion 61 and the semicircular groove portion 64 of the fitting convex portion 62 is formed. When the connecting pin 7 described in FIG. 2 is fitted into the void hole 10 from the collar portion 72 on the split pin 74 side,
As shown in FIG. 7, the flange portions 72, 73 of the connecting pin 7 are locked to the both edges 11, 12 of the void hole 10.

The pipe pillow 1 in the connected state as described above is, for example, after connecting a plurality of pipe pillows 1 in parallel at a place other than the pipe construction site in advance, and then in the pipe construction site in the state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Be delivered to. For the piping work, first, the pipe pillow 1 in the connected state shown in FIG. 4 is appropriately installed in the burying place, the electric pillow pillow A is installed in the semicircular pipe receiving portion 3, and then the state shown in FIG. The four tube pillows 1 connected vertically and horizontally are engaged by inserting the engaging protrusions 14 into the respective engaging holes 13.

Although the void holes 9 and the void holes 10 have different diameters in FIG. 5, the same connecting pin can be used if they have the same diameter. Further, the connecting pins 7 and 8 may not be applied to all the void holes formed when the tube pillow 1 has a multi-row multi-stage assembly structure. For example, in FIG. 5, arrows B, C, and Even if the connecting pins 7 and 8 are fitted and engaged in the void holes 9 and 10 as shown by D, the four tube pillows 1 do not shift in the tube axis direction.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, recessed portions 91 ′, 92 ′ and around the both edges 91, 92 and 11, 12 of the void holes 9 and 10 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, respectively. 11 'and 12' may be formed, and the concave portions may be locked so that the brim portions 82, 83 and 72, 73 of the connecting pins 8 and 7 do not project outward. The shape of the concave portion is preferably a tapered shape other than the stepped shape shown in the drawing. In addition, when the flange portion is provided only on one end edge of the connecting pin, it is not necessary to form the concave portion on the other end edge of the void hole. However, in this case, the other end of the connecting pin having no collar does not project outward.

In this way, when the brim portions 82, 83 and 72, 73 of the connecting pins 8 and 7 are locked so as not to project outward, when they are transported to the construction site for piping, for example, as shown in FIG. When the assembled tube pillows 1 are stacked in multiple stages and tied with a string E or the like for packing, the brim portion of the connecting pin does not get in the way, and the packing work is easy to perform, and the packing can be stacked in order without any misalignment. It is also less likely to collapse. Further, it is possible to prevent the brim portions of the connecting pin from hitting each other or the brim portion from hitting something else to be damaged during the assembly, packing, and construction work.

(Effect of the device) Since the connecting portion of the pipe pillow of the present invention is configured as described above, the connecting pin does not come off from the void hole.
The connecting pin restricts the movement of adjacent tube pillows in the tube axis direction. Therefore, a plurality of pipe pillows connected to each other can be collectively carried into a piping construction site, and even if a pipe work is performed while assembling on the site, the pipe pillows will not be broken, and the trouble of connecting the pipe pillows again can be saved.
