Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a method for laying a plurality of pipes to be buried in the ground by inserting a cable, placing the pipes below the pipes at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pipes, or placing the pipes between adjacent pipes. The present invention relates to a pipe pillow for holding and fixing a multi-row pipe with interposition, and a method of using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When laying buried pipes of multiple cables vertically or horizontally in a shield pipe buried underground or in a buried groove, or laying them in a pile, they are placed at a certain interval in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, below or adjacent to the bottom pipe. The pipe pillows are interposed between the upper and lower and left and right pipes to stably separate and hold each pipe at regular intervals.
When a tubular pipe pillow is used, the pipe pillow is divided into two parts, and the divided half of such a pipe pillow is, as shown in FIGS. There is a body 21, a half of a three-row tube pillow 22, a half of a four-row tube pillow 23, and the like, which are prepared in advance for each of the number of strips. In addition, there is also a single-row type that can be freely connected (not shown).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, all of these pipe pillows are made on the assumption that the pipes are arranged in two directions, that is, in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the right and left directions. However, the minimum required volume was determined to some extent by the number of strips, and as a result, the excavation width was also determined to some extent by the number of strips.
On the other hand, it is desired that the excavation width and excavated soil amount be reduced as much as possible from the point of excavating and burying underground.
[0004]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for burying a plurality of pipes through which cables have been inserted in a digging groove or the like, in addition to the vertical and horizontal directions, the pipes can be efficiently inserted in a diagonal direction (hereinafter, referred to as “staggered arrangement”). An object of the present invention is to provide a pipe pillow which can be arranged to reduce the excavation width and a method of using the same.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the invention, an octagonal rectangular cylinder having a fixed length is cut into a positive half in a horizontal direction, the half is provided as a main body, and the main body is lowered from a central axis of the rectangular cylindrical body. A male locking portion is provided on each outer side on each side of the surface, and a female locking portion is provided on each of the other outer sides to be fitted with each of the male locking portions. A locking projection is provided on one of the cut surfaces, and a locking hole is provided on the other. The shape of the main body is such that the cut surfaces of the two main bodies abut each other and the locking protrusions of the respective cut surfaces face each other. The pillow was provided so as to be symmetrical with respect to the center point of the octagon when the pillow was locked in the octagonal locking hole.
[0006]
The invention according to claim 2 is that an octagonal rectangular cylinder having a fixed length is cut into a positive half in the horizontal direction, the half is provided as a main body, and the main body is lowered from a central axis of the rectangular cylinder. When the pillow is locked in the octagonal shape, the pipe pillow is formed so as to be symmetrical about the center point of the octagon, and the upper, lower, left and right sides of the pipe pillow, and any of the slopes Another pipe pillow was used to connect the male pillow to the female latch by connecting the male pillow to the female pillow.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A tube pillow according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
This tube pillow 1 is made of FRP and is a rectangular cylinder having a fixed length in an octagonal shape. However, it is not a regular octagonal shape. Are shorter sides than the remaining four sides of the upper left side E, the lower right side F, the lower left side G, and the upper right side H. A male and female locking portion or one of the locking portions for locking the tube pillows is provided outside each of these sides. The shape of the tube pillow 1 is provided so as to be symmetrical about the center point of the octagon. Further, the tube pillow 1 has a through-hole having a circular cross section into which the tube 24 (see FIG. 8) is inserted.
[0008]
The tube pillow 1 has a main body 2 formed by a half body obtained by cutting an octagonal rectangular cylinder into a positive half in the horizontal direction, and has a curved concave portion 2 'forming the above-described through hole. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body 2 is shifted downward from the central axis of the rectangular cylinder toward the outer right side d on the right side, toward the lower side B on the lower right side F, and toward the lower right side F of the lower side B as shown in FIG. 5 (a) is provided, and a portion of the male locking portion 3 which is engaged with a female locking portion which will be described later and is locked is the length of the main body 2. The plate has a length approximately the same as that of the plate, and the center portion thereof has protruding edges 3a, 3a whose both end portions slightly protrude outward. Further, a female locking portion 4 shown in FIG. 5B is provided on the left side c on the outer left side, near the lower side B of the lower left side G, and near the lower left side G of the lower side B. The portion of the stop portion 4 into which the male locking portion 3 is fitted, particularly the portion into which the protruding edges 3a, 3a are fitted, is a key-shaped concave portion having a length substantially equal to the length of the main body 2. Such a male locking portion 3 and a female locking portion 4 are reliably locked to each other.
[0009]
A locking projection 5 is provided on one upper surface i of the cut surface, which is both ends of the main body 2, and a locking hole 6 shown in FIG. 3 is provided on the other upper surface j. The main body 2 is composed of an outer peripheral wall having the above-described shape and an inner peripheral wall forming the curved concave portion 2 '. As shown in FIG. 7, a central wall 7 is provided substantially at the center between the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall. Therefore, ribs 8 are provided at appropriate intervals between the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall.
[0010]
A method for placing the tube 24 using the tube pillow 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
When the five tubes 24 are stacked, first, the three main bodies 2 are turned up with the curved concave portion 2 ′ into which the tubes 24 are fitted, and the female locking portions 4 and the male locking portions on the left and right sides c and d, respectively. Locked together at part 3 and placed on the bottom surface where the tube 24 is installed. After that, each of the three tubes 24 is fitted into the curved concave portion 2 ′ of the main body 2, and then the three connected main bodies 2 are placed in the curved concave portion 2 ′. ′ Is put down from above and locked and fixed by the locking projections 5 and the locking holes 6 of the respective main bodies 2.
[0011]
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the female locking portion 4 and the male locking portion of the upper right side H and the upper left side E, which are slopes, at two places on the upper body 2 of the octagonal tube pillow 1. 3, the main body 2 is turned upside down, and the lower right side F and the lower left side G (the left and right sides in FIG. ) And the male locking portion 3 and the female locking portion 4 are locked and connected to each other. Then, after the two tubes 24 are fitted from above, the two connected main bodies 2 are covered from above with the curved recesses 2 ′ into which the tubes 24 are fitted in the same manner as described above. The locking projection 5 and the locking hole 6 lock and fix.
[0012]
As a result, in the conventional tube pillows, the tube pillows can be connected only in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the tube pillows 1 can be arranged in a staggered arrangement. The stacking depth is somewhat shallower than that of the conventional simple stacking, so that the tubes 24 can be closer to each other and compactly stacked.
[0013]
When arranging or stacking a plurality of pipes through which cables have been inserted, they must be installed at a certain distance to prevent mutual interference between the cables. However, pipes of the same shape and size are connected to stack the pipes. Therefore, if the pipe pillow 1 is formed so as to be able to hold this distance at the beginning, the pipes can be arranged closer together while maintaining a certain distance between the pipes.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, in the case where the conventional pipe pillow 22 'is installed in a shield pipe, for example, even if only seven pipes are required, a shield pipe having a diameter of a space for installing a three-stage three-stage pipe is used. Although 25 is required, in this embodiment, a shield pipe 26 having a smaller diameter may be used as shown in FIG. 11, and the excavation width and the amount of excavated soil can be reduced accordingly.
[0015]
In the above embodiment, when the tube pillows 1 are combined to form an octagon, the pillow is not a regular octagon, but this is not an essential requirement of the present invention. The specific configuration of the male locking portion 3, the female locking portion 4, the locking protrusion 5, and the locking hole 6 provided on each side of the tube pillow 1 has been described. The mold locking portion, the locking projection and the locking hole are not limited to these configurations. Further, although the tube pillow 1 is made of FRP as a material, the material is not limited to this, and other plastics or materials obtained by recycling may be used.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to each of the first and second aspects of the present invention, the pipe pillow is formed in an octagonal shape, and the locking portions are provided on each of the oblique sides outside the pipe pillow. In addition to the direction, the staggered arrangement can be used, and the tubes can be compactly arranged and stacked as compared with the conventional vertical and horizontal connection. In addition, since the stacking depth can be reduced, the excavation width can be reduced, and the amount of excavated soil can be reduced, so that the work itself can be reduced.
