Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】テープ、ステッカー、塗料、クレヨンなどの示
温材があり、平坦な部分には簡単に利用できるが、ワイ
ヤー、ロープ、糸などの、ひも状の材質などに対して
は、脱着にも不向きであり短時間で剥離し、また再使用
も不可能であるなどの、これらの欠点を解決する。 【構成】温度を色で表示する温度カラー表示材に、筒状
の内部空間や、筒状の溝空間を設け、また反発力で、み
ずから筒状の空間を作る様に加工を施し、ワイヤー、ロ
ープ、糸などの、ひも状の材質に対して、その筒状の部
分を利用して脱着することを特徴とする。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は、示温材をワイヤー、ロープ、糸などの、ひも状の材質に取り付 け利用するさい、示温材を利用した温度を色で表示する物に、筒状の内部空 間や、側面に筒状の溝空間を設け、また反発力でみずから筒状の空間を作る 様に加工を施し、その筒状の部分を利用し脱着を容易にし、また電気コード などの被服などに利用し、通過電力が許容範囲を超える時、コードが発熱す るので、その熱を色で監視し漏電による事故を未然に防げる。 以上の様な、温度カラー表示チューブに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来は、テープ、ステッカー、塗料、クレヨンなどの示温材があり、貼る、 塗る、書き込む、などの技術が存在し、ワイヤー、ロープ、糸などの、ひも 状の材質への取り付けには、不向きである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は、テープ、ステッカー、塗料、クレヨンなどの示温材があり、平坦 な部分には簡単に利用できるが、ワイヤー、ロープ、糸などの、ひも状の材 質などへの、脱着は不向きであり短時間で剥離したり、再利用不可能などの 問題があり、これらの欠点を解決するために考案されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
示温材が、ひも状の材質などへの、脱着が容易になる様に、示温材を利用し た温度を色で表示する物に、筒状の内部空間や、側面に筒状の溝空間を設け 、また反発力でみずから筒状の空間を作る様に加工を施し、その筒状の部分 を利用する。 本考案は、以上のような構成よりなる、温度カラー表示チューブである。

【作 用】
従来の示温材は、ワイヤー、ロープ、糸などの、ひも状の材質に対して塗る 、貼るなどの技術であり、脱着にも不向きであり短時間で剥離して使いもの にならないが、示温材を利用した温度を色で表示する物に、筒状の内部空間 や、側面に筒状の溝空間を設け、また反発力で、みずから筒状の空間を作る 様に加工を施し、その筒状の部分を利用して固定したり、被服したり、絡み 付けたり、はさみ付けたりして利用すれば、簡単に脱着ができ、長時間の使 用にも耐えられる。

【実 施 例】
示温材のワイヤー、ロープ、糸などのひも状のものなどに対しての、脱着に は示温材を利用した、温度を色で表示する物に、筒状の内部空間や、側面に 筒状の溝空間を設け、また反発力でみずから筒状の空間を作る様に加工を施 し、その筒状の部分を利用し固定したり、被服したり、絡み付けたり、はさ み付けたりして利用する。

示温材の脱着が容易になり、再使用も可能になり長時間の使用にも、耐えら れる様になった。
