However, sealing an opening with an adhesive tape, a clip, a wire or the like requires an extra sealing member, and the packaging bag is large and thick for commercial use. However, there is a problem in that it is difficult to seal, and it takes time and effort to remove it when unsealing, and at that time, the sealing member is erroneously mixed with the contents, which is one of the causes of foreign matter mixing. Some food products, such as commercial margarines that generate gas during storage, have a polyethylene bag set in corrugated cardboard, filled with margarine, and then the inner bag opening is simply folded without sealing. There is. The filling, folding of the inner bag, and sealing of the outer box not only have poor workability, but because corrugated cardboard is brought into the filling line, dust from cardboard is mixed in, and dust entering from outside through corrugated cardboard is filled. It is a problem that occurs in the process and distribution process. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and does not use any member for sealing the opening of the packaging bag, and easily and reliably seals even a portion where a large number of packaging bag films are stacked and thickened. An object of the present invention is to provide a seal bag that can be opened and can be easily opened without any trouble when opening.

The puncture-sealing bag with an easily-openable structure according to the present invention does not use a sealing member in particular, and stably seals an opening that is thickened by folding the film while remaining breathable. In addition, it can be opened very easily at the time of opening. Further, in the process of filling and sealing work processes and distribution process, there is no fear of mixing of foreign matters such as sealing member and dust. Furthermore, if a square bottom gusset with good workability is used,
It is not necessary to bring in corrugated cardboard, which causes dust, into the filling chamber, and it is possible to fill the contents in a clean room.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external view of a stab seal bag with an easy-open property according to the present invention. Although various forms of bags are the subject of the present invention, the square bottom gusset bag, which is the easiest to handle, will be described as an example. Since the gusset bag 10 generally has a gusset on the side surface, both ends of the top folding part 2 are thickened, and when double-folded, eight films are piled up, and as shown in FIG.
In double folding, 12 films are stacked. It is not easy to seal such a thick portion with a conventional heat seal or sealing member, and if forcedly performed, it becomes difficult to open the seal. Therefore, in the present invention, a portion of the top folding portion 2 shown in FIG. 1 indicated by a circle is pierced with a heated pin-like member, and only the side wall of the piercing through hole 3 is heat-sealed. As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the enlarged view of the ◯ mark is substantially circular, and its AA ′ cross section is shown in FIG. 2 (b).
The film resin on the side wall portion 4 of the through hole 3 is melted, and the adjacent films are heat-sealed to each other, as shown in FIG. In this piercing seal, at least a portion of the plastic film corresponding to the diameter of the passing pin 5 is melted by heat and a part of the plastic film penetrates between the film layers to seal the films on the side wall of the through hole 3 and The molten resin is extruded and fixed in the piercing direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. In this case, the film around the through hole 3 also has a shape that is turned in the penetrating direction. The number and position of the piercing seal through-holes 3 in the top folding portion may be appropriately determined. However, if the number of through-holes 3 is large, the resistance at the time of unsealing increases and it becomes difficult to unseal. Top folding part is through hole 3
Except for the parts, the folded state is maintained and the gas generated from the inside can be released from the edge part 9 of the top folding part 2.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of the piercing sealer. The pin 5 for piercing is fixed on the heating plate 6 which moves up and down, and pierces the plurality of films 7 of the top folding part 2 in the direction perpendicular to the film 7. On the other hand, the top folding portion 2 is clamped and fixed on the receiving plate 8 so that the plurality of films 7 cannot be detached during the piercing. It is desirable to coat the surface of the pin 5 with Teflon so as to improve the mold release from the molten plastic. In FIG. 3, the pins are written so as to move up and down, but in practice horizontal movement is preferable. This is because the puncture sealing according to the present invention is performed while the plastic bag is filled with the contents, and the folding and the puncture sealing are continuously performed during the conveyor transportation. After the piercing and sealing, the plastic bag is inserted into the cardboard and the top seal part 2 is further pushed down to seal the cardboard.

(Example) A piercing seal bag was used for packaging margarine for business use. In other words, the conventional method is to fill a flat inner bag in a cardboard box containing 20 kg and then fold the top part by filling the square bottom gusset bag with a piercing seal and then packing the cardboard. I switched. A low density polyethylene film of 60 mμ was used for the bottom gusset bag, and the top seal portion was folded twice as shown in FIG. Therefore, the number of overlapping films at both ends of the top seal portion was 12 sheets. The top seal portion was pierced at the right and left sides of the top seal portion and at the central portion. The pins used were aluminum alloys processed into the shape shown in FIG. The length of the pin was 15 mm, the thickness at the base of the pin was 3 mm and 4 mm, and the R at the tip of the pin was 0.5 mmR and 1 mmR. The hot plate temperature was set to 110 ° C. The number of pins used was a sealer that moved up and down only once. The top fold of the gusset bag is tightly sealed at three points. When opening the folded top part by hand, pulling the folded top part outward will break the piercing seal part in two steps, making it easier to open the gusset bag. Was obtained.
