Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a washing capacity and to downsize an apparatus 7g, by a process in which a vertical cylinder for receiving washing is installed in a free insertion state in a washing tower which is integrated into a washing liquid circulating line, and when the washing in the cylinder is washed with washing liquid passing forcedly through the cylinder, a liquid passing hole is provided only in the bottom of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A vertical cylinder 7 for receiving washing is installed in a free insertion state in a washing tower 4 which is integrated into a washing liquid 2 circulating line 3, and the washing (a) in the cylinder 7 is washed with washing liquid which passes forcedly through the cylinder 7. In this process, the barrel part of the cylinder 7 has no liquid passing hole, and only the bottom part is provided with the hole. A supply line 11 of air or hot air and a discharge line 12 are installed in the washing tower 4 switchably with the washing liquid circulating line 3. As a result, the washing capacity improves. Uneven washing can be avoided even when the washing is piled high, and a long cylinder can be used so that the apparatus can be made compact, accomplishing efficient drying.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the cleaning of an object to be cleaned has conventionally been carried out by providing a tank in which a liquid is sprayed in the air, a method of spraying a liquid jet from a nozzle or the like in the liquid, It was done by the method of applying ultrasonic waves. However, according to these methods, the strength of spraying of the liquid and the strength of the ultrasonic waves are generated on the object to be cleaned, and it is difficult to clean the object to be cleaned evenly. In particular, when the objects to be cleaned are stacked and cleaned, the flow of the liquid is poor in the central part of the object to be cleaned and ultrasonic waves are absorbed by the surface of the layer and weakened in the central part, resulting in severe cleaning unevenness.

Recently, an object to be cleaned is placed in a basket-shaped object-to-be-cleaned object container having a gap hole portion provided in a cleaning tank so that the object to be cleaned does not fall out, and is forcibly distributed in the container. A cleaning device having a structure for cleaning an object to be cleaned with a cleaning liquid is proposed (for example, see JP-A-6-114356). This known cleaning device has a problem that when the height of the layer to be cleaned is increased, the flow of the liquid is bad in the center part of the layer, especially in the lower part of the layer, and uneven cleaning is likely to occur. Further, due to these problems, it is not suitable for a device having a vertically long container for the purpose of reducing the installation space.

The vertical container 7 is preferably as long as possible in order to accommodate a large number of objects to be cleaned a with a comparatively small cross-sectional area, but if it is too long, it is impossible to design the apparatus. Therefore, the ratio of the diameter to the height is set to the former 1 to the latter 1 to 10, preferably to the range of 2 to 5. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the outward path 3a of the liquid circulation line 3 is located at the bottom of the lower chamber 4b of the cleaning tower 4 and the return path 3b.
May be connected to the upper chamber 4a. In this case, the cleaning liquid passes through the vertical container 7 from the lower end toward the upper side, and during this time, the object a to be cleaned is made to flow, so that the cleaning property is improved. A rope member 18 may be provided at the upper end of the container 7 for the purpose of preventing the article a to be cleaned from flowing out.

In the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the vertical container 7 has no liquid passage hole in the body portion 7b and therefore cannot pass liquid, and the bottom portion 7a is not able to pass through.
Since it has a liquid passage hole only in, the liquid flows only in the vertical direction.

Therefore, during the cleaning operation, the entire amount of the cleaning liquid passes through the container 7, so that the flow velocity of the cleaning liquid in the container 7 is almost constant from the upper end to the lower end, and the total amount of the cleaning liquid is the same as the object to be cleaned. For example, in the case where the bottom portion 7a and the body portion 7b of the container 7 have liquid passage holes, a part of the cleaning liquid passes through the liquid passage holes of the body portion outside the container while the passage of the washing liquid in the container. Because it will be leaked to
The flow velocity of the cleaning liquid in the container gradually decreases as it goes downward, and the average flow velocity in the container is considerably lower than that of the present invention depending on the opening ratio of the barrel. Further, since the cleaning liquid that has flowed out through the liquid passage hole in the body of the container does not come into contact with the object to be cleaned again, the amount of the cleaning liquid that comes into contact with the object to be cleaned is reduced, and the total amount of the cleaning liquid is not covered. The contact efficiency is lower than that of the present invention in which the object is contacted with the washed product. The flow rate is appropriately adjusted depending on the type of the object to be cleaned, but since the flow rate is almost constant from the upper end to the lower end, the cleaning efficiency can be increased by increasing the flow rate.

In short, in the present invention, since the container having the liquid passage hole only at the bottom is used as the container, the so-called basket-like container having the liquid passage hole at the whole including the body and the bottom is used. In the following, the device of the present invention and the device of the present invention have the same cleanability as the comparative example having the same structure except that the body portion of the container has a liquid passage hole (porosity 40%). The results of the comparative test are as follows. A cleaning apparatus of the type shown in FIG. 1 was used for the comparative test.

* Cleaning liquid: Pine Alpha ST-100N
(Arakawa Chemical Co., Ltd. quasi-water type cleaning agent) * Washing temperature: 60 ° C [Consideration] In the present invention, the inflow rate of the washing liquid in the container is 1
When the speed was relatively slow at 3 cm / sec, four out of ten cleaning failures (visual observation) occurred, but the cleaning failure disappeared by doubling the inflow speed. On the other hand,
In comparison, the cleaning failure rate was still 100% even if the inflow rate was increased, and no improvement in cleaning performance was observed.

(A) The cleaning performance can be improved as compared with the conventional system in which the object to be cleaned is placed in a so-called basket-like container having liquid passage holes on the entire surface and the cleaning liquid is forced to flow.

(B) Since the cleaning performance is improved, uneven cleaning does not occur even if the stacking height of the objects to be cleaned is increased. Therefore, a vertically long container can be used, and the container can be installed. The space can be reduced and the device can be made compact.
