The second-stage cleaning pipe 42 is also sequentially provided with a second-stage check valve 44, a second-stage small water pump 45 and a second-stage control valve 46, and the second-stage check valve 44 is arranged close to the second-stage cleaning liquid tank 41. The secondary check valve 44 is used for ensuring that the cleaning liquid in the secondary cleaning liquid tank 41 flows to the spray head 22 (see fig. 1) in a one-way mode, the secondary small water pump 45 is used for pumping the cleaning liquid, and the secondary control valve 46 is used for controlling the on-off of the secondary cleaner 4. The cleaning liquid contained in the secondary cleaning liquid tank 41 is clear water for cleaning the waste liquid and residue of the primary cleaning, and the waste liquid of the secondary cleaning liquid is also discharged through the cleaning liquid outlet 15 (see fig. 5).
Referring to fig. 5, the first-stage cleaning branch pipes 33 and the second-stage cleaning branch pipes 43 are provided with first connection ports 6 at ends close to the shower head 22, and the shower head 22 is provided with second connection ports 61; the first connecting interface 6 is connected with the second connecting interface 61 through threads, so that the spray header 22 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled. The connection part of the first-stage cleaning branch pipe 33 and the second-stage cleaning branch pipe 43 with the spray header 22 is also provided with a fixing ring 62. The fixing ring 62 is located at one end of the first-stage cleaning branch pipe 33 and the second-stage cleaning branch pipe 43 close to the environmental protection cover plate 11 and far away from the box body 13, the outer diameter of the fixing ring 62 is larger than the inner wall diameter of the mounting hole 23, and the first-stage cleaning branch pipe 33 and the second-stage cleaning branch pipe 43 can not fall through the mounting hole 23.
With reference to fig. 5, after the environmental-friendly cover plate 11 is covered, the space inside the ink cartridge 1 is similar to a closed environment, and after primary cleaning and secondary cleaning, in order to ensure that the inside of the ink cartridge 1 is dry as soon as possible and ink can be filled for use, an air drying device 5 is arranged in the middle of the environmental-friendly cover plate 11 and faces the cartridge body 13. The seasoning apparatus 5 includes a fan assembly 51 and a battery 53, and seasoning is mainly performed by the fan assembly 51 and the battery 53. The fan assembly 51 is located on the environmental protection cover plate 11 and arranged towards the bottom of the box body 13, and sequentially comprises a mesh enclosure 54, a fan head 55, a fan blade 56 and a control piece 57. The mesh enclosure 54 is engaged with the side of the environmental cover plate 11 facing the bottom of the box body 13. The fan head 55 with the fan blades 56 is connected with a rotating shaft 52, and the rotating shaft 52 is connected with a control member 57. The control 57 includes an energizing coil 571, a control housing 572, and a control switch 573; the energizing coil 571 is located in the control part housing 572, and the battery 53 is electrically connected with the energizing coil 571 and controls the drying device 5 to be turned on through the control switch 573. The control switch 573 is located on a side surface of the environmental cover plate 11 away from the box body 13, so as to facilitate installation.
The specific implementation process comprises the following steps: first, with the ink cartridge 1 of the present embodiment, the side wall of the cartridge body 13 has the ink outlet 14, and the bottom of the cartridge body 13 has the cleaning liquid outlet 15. The ink box 1 is provided with two cover plates, and a first cover plate 12 is adopted before and after cleaning and is fastened with a box body 13 of the ink box 1. The ink cartridge 1 with the first cover 12 is removed from the printing press, the ink cartridge 1 is tilted to the side away from the ink outlet 14, the ink outlet screw cap 26 is unscrewed, and the connection pipe 28 is connected, wherein the connection pipe 28 is a hose. The connection pipe 28 is connected to the ink collection box 24, and the ink cartridge 1 is aligned to guide the clean ink remaining in the ink cartridge 1 to the ink collection box 24. The connecting tube 28 at the ink outlet 14 is then removed and the ink outlet screw cap 26 is screwed on. After the first-stage cleaning is completed, the cleaning waste liquid is discharged to the cleaning waste liquid box 25 through the cleaning liquid outlet 15. Then, the primary control valve 36 is closed, and the secondary control valve 46 of the secondary cleaner 4 is opened, which differs from the cleaning effect of the primary cleaner 3 in that the secondary cleaner 4 is connected to the secondary cleaning liquid tank 41, and clean water is placed in the secondary cleaning liquid tank 41. The clear water is with the abluent waste liquid residue sanitization of one-level, and the waste liquid of second grade washing liquid also discharges through cleaning solution outlet 15, and after the second grade washs, closes second grade control valve 46.
