別に当て付けて、両プレスフレーム体の立上がり周辺部
の頂面の左右位置を、前記トランスミッションケースの
両側面の左右位置に各別にほぼ揃えた状態で、前記一対
のプレスフレーム体を、両プレスフレーム体がそれぞれ
備える2箇所の取付部で前記取付け段部にボルト連結
し、前記プレスフレーム体の前記両取付部間を凹入湾曲
し、かつ、これら両取付部にわたる周辺を外側方に向け
て屈折させてあることにある。

ことと、両取付間を凹入湾曲することという形状の工夫
のみで良いものであるから、前フレーム製作の工程変更
や、周辺部の設計変更等を伴うことなしに所期した軽量
化を実現できるとともに、その軽量化の分コストダウン
できる利点がある。そしてベルトを張るためのテンショ
ナーの外側方へのオーバーハングを抑えることができる
から、プレスフレーム体の周辺部が外側方にリブ状に立
上がり屈折しているにもかかわらず、前フレーム周りの
構造をコンパクトにできて、実用上有用な前フレームを
実現し得た。
