Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、テイラー等の管理機におけるヒツチ
装置に係り、詳しくはヒツチをミツシヨンケース
に取付ける取付板の構造に関する。

一般に、管理機においては、ミツシヨンケース
は左右ロータ軌跡内の残耕幅の関係で可能な限り
狭く構成することが望なしいが、このため、ミツ
シヨンケースに取付けるヒツチ装置の取付板の幅
も狭くなり、従つて取付板の幅はヒツチに対して
かなり狭いものになつている。これにより、ヒツ
チに加わる左右方向の荷重に対し、取付板とヒツ
チとの溶接部には極めて大きな荷重が作用するこ
とになるが、従来は別部材の補強板を溶接して補
強していた。更に、従来のヒツチ装置では、ヒツ
チ取付板にフエンダー取付け用の取付板をも溶接
する必要があり、部品点数及び組立工数の増加を
招いて、コストアツプの原因になつていた。

成し、もつて上述欠点を解消した管理機のヒツチ
装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

に本考案に係るヒツチ装置6がボルト3により固
定されている。

れ車輪4等の上方を覆つていると共に、その内側
端で互に当接して、取付板9で形成される凹部1
3の上方を覆つている。また、第1図中、15は
フエンダー12の前部をエンジンフレーム2に取

ー12を取付けることができ、更にフエンダー1

うので、凹部13に泥等が溜るのを防ぐことがで
きる。
