(Prior Art) In general, when a product having an opening b in a plate-shaped wall portion a is injection-molded, as shown in FIG. 13, a weld mark or a void (due to bubble accumulation) is formed on the downstream side of the core forming the opening b. (Defects) are likely to occur, and these weld marks and voids are generated at a relatively low injection pressure of about 3 kg / cm 2 R

Therefore, conventionally, as known from Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-50912, a flow path having the same dimension as the thickness of the plate-shaped wall portion is provided in the core forming the opening in parallel with the flow direction of the synthetic resin. There is.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the above-mentioned conventional one, since a relatively thick rod-shaped unnecessary portion corresponding to the core flow path is formed in the opening of the product, the removing work becomes troublesome and the synthesis is complicated. Waste of resin increases. Especially when the opening is large, it is necessary to provide a large number of flow paths in the core, which requires more time to remove unnecessary portions and wastes synthetic resin.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a molding die in which unnecessary work can be easily removed, waste of synthetic resin is reduced, and weld marks and voids are not generated in a product.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, in a molding die for injection molding a product having an opening in a plate-shaped wall portion, an end surface of a core for molding the opening of one molding die. A clearance gap is provided between the molding die and the inner surface of the other molding die, and a restriction portion that restricts only the inflow of the synthetic resin into the clearance from the upstream side in the injection direction of the synthetic resin is provided.

(Function) A clearance gap is provided between the end surface of the core and the inner surface of the other molding die, and the restriction portion provided on the upstream side of the core restricts the synthetic resin from flowing into the clearance from the upstream side. In combination with the smooth flow of synthetic resin from both sides of the core into the gap, weld marks and voids are formed in the cut-off portion.

(Example) With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, (1) shows a lower mold having a core (2) protrudingly forming an opening B of a plate-shaped wall portion A, and (3) shows an upper mold. A gap (4) for discarding is provided between the end surface of the core (2) and the inner surface (3a) of the upper die (3), and further to the lower die (1) to the gap (4). The restriction portion (5) for restricting the inflow of the synthetic resin is provided so as to be located on the upstream side in the flow direction of the synthetic resin of the core (2).

The restricting portion (5) includes a first groove portion (5a) on the upstream side of the core (2) that weakens the flow velocity of the synthetic resin, and a side portion of the core (2) extending from the first groove portion (5a) to the downstream side. The second groove portion (5b) is formed so that the first groove portion (5a) is gradually deepened toward the downstream side as shown in FIG. 3, and each of the second groove portions (5b) is formed downstream. It was formed so as to gradually become shallower toward the side.

Thus, since the flow velocity of the synthetic resin is weakened by the first groove portion (5a), the inflow of the synthetic resin into the gap (4) from the upstream side portion of the core (2) is restricted, and the second groove portion (5b) is downstream. Along with the fact that the synthetic resin is gradually shallower toward the side, the synthetic resin flows faster in the core (2) in the gap (4).
As a result, the weld marks and voids are generated only in the discarded portion of the opening B as shown in FIG.

In this case, the dimension t of the gap (4) is 15% of the thickness T of the general portion in consideration of cutting off the discarding of the opening B after molding.
It is desirable to set it to 40%, and the depth H of the first groove portion (5a) is also desirably set to 15% to 40% of the thickness T of the general portion.

Further, in the above embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the first groove portion (5a) is wedge-shaped, but it may be rectangular as shown in FIG.

When the opening B is circular, as shown in FIG.
When the regulating portion (5) including the groove portion (5a) and the second groove portion (5a) is formed so as to extend over substantially the half circumference of the core (2), and when the opening B has a triangular shape and its corner portion faces the inflow direction, Regulation department (5)
Is formed as shown in FIG. 8, or when one side of the core (2) faces the inflow direction, it is desirable to form the restriction portion (5) as shown in FIG. It is desirable to form the regulating portion (5) as shown in FIG.

また、第11図及び第12図に示すように、コア(2)の上

Further, as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the upstream side portion of the core (2) is formed into a baffle wall (5c) that closely adheres to the inner surface (3a) of the upper mold (3), and the baffle wall (5c It is also possible to constitute the regulation part (5) with ().

Thus, the gap (4) from the upstream side due to the baffle wall (5c)
Since the synthetic resin is prevented from flowing into the gap (4), the synthetic resin smoothly flows into the gap (4) from the side of the core (2),
Weld marks and voids are generated only in the flash portion of the opening B.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to form a weld mark or a void only in the discarded portion of the opening due to the gap between the end surface of the core and the restriction portion, and thus a molded product having no defective portion can be obtained. In addition to being obtained, since the thickness of the waste is thin, the waste, that is, the unnecessary portion removing work can be easily performed and the waste of the synthetic resin can be reduced as compared with the above-mentioned conventional one.
