Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent lack of oil in a circumferential part arranged with the positioning member of a revolver revolving member by providing a revolver body with a lubricating material leveling-off means which levels off the lubricating material applied at this circumferential part. CONSTITUTION:A steel ball 8 slides on the circumferential part 4 while this steel ball is energized and pressed by a leaf spring 7 until the steel ball is dropped into a positioning groove 5 when the revolver revolving member 2 is revolved with respect to revolver body 1 around a revolving shaft 9. The steel ball 8 engages with the positioning groove 5 in this position and the revolution of the revolver revolving member 2 stops. Positioning is thus executed. The grease applied to the circumferential part 4 by sliding of the steel ball 8 on the circumferential part 4 is scraped apart by the steel ball. The lubricating material leveling-off member 12 slides on the circumferential part 4 while the member is energized and lightly pressed by the spring part thereon when the revolver revolving member 2 revolves. The sliding part of the member scraps together the grease scraped apart by the steel ball 8 and applies the grease by leveling off the thickness thereof, thereby filling the positioning groove 5. This operation is iteratively repeated.

2. Description of the Related Art An example of a conventional microscope revolver is shown in FIG.
And as shown in FIG. A revolver body 1 is fixed to a microscope body (not shown) and rotatably supports a revolver rotating member 2. A plurality of objective lenses 3 are attached to the revolver rotating member 2, and the optical axis of the objective lens 3 is made to coincide with the optical axis of the microscope main body (not shown) sequentially by the rotation of the revolver rotating member 2. Positioning grooves 5 are formed in the circumferential portion 4 of the revolver rotating member 2 in the same number as the number of objective lenses 3 to be mounted. A steel ball 8 is attached to the tip of a leaf spring 7 fixed to the revolver body 1 by a screw 6.
Is fixed. The positioning groove 5 moves with the rotation of the revolver rotating member 2, and the steel ball 8 slides on the circumferential portion 4. When the optical axis of the objective lens 3 coincides with the optical axis of the microscope body (not shown), the steel ball 8 is additionally engaged with the positioning groove 5 by a so-called click mechanism, and the rotation of the revolver rotating member 2 is stopped. Positioning is performed. Lubricating grease is applied to the circumferential portion 4 of the revolver rotating member 2, and the steel ball 8

By applying such a lubricating grease, the effect of preventing wear has been improved to some extent in the relatively early use stage of the revolver, or when the revolver is used less frequently. However, when used for a long period of time or when the frequency of use increases, the steel balls scrape off the lubricating grease, causing oil shortage in the steel balls and the circumferential part, especially in the vicinity of the positioning groove, and especially wear near the positioning groove. The wear was so severe that it was not possible to prevent wear and the positioning accuracy was reduced. Also, in other conventional examples, it was not possible to prevent severe wear of the groove portions of the steel balls and the leaf springs.

Next, the operation will be described. When the revolver rotating member 2 is rotated about the rotating shaft 9 with respect to the revolver main body 1, the circumferential portion 4 including the raised portion 4a and the positioning groove 5 rotates together with the revolver rotating member 2, and the steel ball 8 circles. The leaf spring 7 urges the peripheral portion 4 to slide while pressing it. The steel ball 8 goes up the raised portion 4 a and falls into the positioning groove 5. At this position, the steel ball 8 and the positioning groove 5 are engaged, the rotation of the revolver rotating member 2 is stopped, and the positioning is performed. Since the sliding of the steel ball 8 on the circumferential portion 4 is performed while being pressed by the leaf spring 7, the grease applied on the circumferential portion 4 is scraped off by the steel ball 8. When the revolver rotation member 2 rotates, the lubricant leveling member 12 slides on the circumferential portion 4 while being lightly pressed by the spring portion 12a, and the sliding contact portion 12b is moved by the steel ball 8. The grease that has been scraped off is scraped and applied with a uniform thickness to fill the positioning groove 5. This operation is repeated repeatedly.
