Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the frequency of supplying fresh water and discarding waste water during a long time use of a self-running floor face cleaner so as to reduce the waste of cleaning operation time. CONSTITUTION:A fresh water tank 7 and a waste water tank 12 are loaded, with an auxiliary water tank 13 interposed between the above tanks on a cleaner main body 3 adapted to clean the floor face by rotating a brush 1 while watering. The bottom of the auxiliary water tank 13 and the bottom of the waste water tank 12 are connected to each other through a shut-off valve 14, and a penetration film filter 16 is removably disposed between the auxiliary water tank 13 and the fresh water tank 7. The waste water generated after cleaning by the brush 1 with fresh water supplied from the fresh water tank through a discharge valve 5 and a discharge port 6 is accumulated in the waste water tank 12 by a vacuum pump 10 through a suction nozzle 9. When the water level in the waste water tank 12 is heightened to open the shutoff valve 14, the waste water enters the auxiliary water tank 13, so that the water level in the auxiliary water tank 13 is heightened and the waste water, from which a solid matter has been removed through the penetration film filter 14, enters the fresh water tank 7. Thus, fresh water and turbid water passed through the penetration film filter 16 are mixed to be used as washing water.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional floor cleaning machine, as shown in FIG. 2, a water supply port 4 and a discharge port 4 are provided on a truck 3 equipped with an electric brush 1, a drive unit 2, a battery (not shown) and the like. A clean water tank 7 having a water sprinkling pipe 6 to the floor via a valve 5 and a brush 1 and a dirty water collected on a floor by a water absorption nozzle 9 having a shielding plate 8 and a water collecting guide (not shown) are vacuumed. A dirty water tank 12 which is sucked by the pump 10 and discharged from the discharge hose 11 is integrally configured and mounted. At the water supply site, fresh water is stored in the fresh water tank 7 through the water supply port 4, the sewage tank 12 is emptied, and moved to the cleaning place to start the cleaning work. The discharge valve 5 is opened, and the electric brush 1 is rotated while sprinkling clean water from the sprinkling pipe 6 onto the floor surface to wash and clean the floor surface. Sewage water collected by a shield plate 8 for preventing dust and wash water from dissipating and a water collecting guide is sucked up from a water suction nozzle 9 by a vacuum pump 10 and stored in a waste water tank 12. However, since the size of the cleaner main body 1 cannot be increased, the capacities of the fresh water tank 7 and the dirty water tank 12 are small, and it is necessary to frequently move to the water supply place during cleaning to replenish the fresh water and discard the dirty water.

According to the present invention, there is provided a water suction nozzle for drawing a sprinkling pipe from a fresh water tank on a trolley via a discharge valve to the vicinity of a rotating brush provided on the lower surface of the trolley to suck up dirty water on the floor. In a self-propelled floor cleaning machine connected to a dirty water tank having a vacuum pump on a trolley, an auxiliary water tank is integrally provided in the fresh water tank, and the auxiliary water tank and the bottom of the dirty water tank are connected by a pipe through a stop valve. A permeation filter is provided in a partition between the auxiliary water tank and the fresh water tank.

According to the present invention, by providing the permeation filter between the auxiliary water tank and the fresh water tank, the stop valve of the pipe connecting the auxiliary water tank and the fresh water tank is opened when the water level of the dirty water tank rises, and the dirty water is removed. By sending it to the auxiliary water tank, the water level of the auxiliary water tank becomes higher than that of the fresh water tank. The sewage that has reached a high water level in the auxiliary water tank is removed of solids through the permeation filter and moved to the fresh water tank. Clean water and turbid water that has passed through the osmosis membrane filter will be used as washing water.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The present embodiment is the same as the conventional example shown in FIG. 2 except for the structure related to the auxiliary water tank, and therefore the description of the overall configuration is omitted.
The same numbers are used for the same components. Self-propelled floor cleaner 3 with drive unit 3
The fresh water tank 7 and the dirty water tank 12 are integrally formed with the auxiliary water tank 13 interposed therebetween, and the pipe 15 with the dust trap is connected between the auxiliary water tank 13 and the bottom surface of the dirty water tank 12 via the stop valve 14. . An osmosis membrane filter 16 is detachably attached to a partition wall between the auxiliary water tank 13 and the fresh water tank 7 to enable movement of water.

The movement of cleaning water according to this embodiment will be described.
If fresh water is stored in the fresh water tank 7 from the water supply port 4 at the water supply place at the start of the cleaning work, the fresh water is also stored in the auxiliary water tank 13 through the osmosis membrane filter 16 and the amount of stored fresh water can be increased. When the cleaning work is continued, the water levels of the fresh water tank 7 and the auxiliary water tank 13 decrease and the water level of the dirty water tank 12 rises. When the water level in the dirty water tank 12 rises, the water level is detected by a float switch or the like, and the stop valve 14 of the pipe 15 connecting the auxiliary water tank 13 and the fresh water tank 7 is opened. By sending the dirty water to the auxiliary water tank 13, the water level of the auxiliary water tank 13 becomes the same as the water level of the dirty water tank 12, and the stop valve 14 is closed after a lapse of time until it becomes higher than that of the fresh water tank 7. The sewage water having a high water level in the auxiliary water tank 13 is removed from the solid matter through the permeation filter and collected in the fresh water tank 7, and the wash water in which the fresh water and the sewage are mixed is used. Depending on how dirty the wash water is, dispose of it and supply clean water.

Further, the inlet of the connecting pipe 15 on the side of the sewage tank 12 is formed higher than the bottom surface of the tank to precipitate dust having a large specific gravity, and a filter 17 is provided at the inlet of the connecting pipe 15 to prevent the intrusion of dust having a large particle size. The dust is prevented from entering the auxiliary water tank 13.

According to the present invention, an auxiliary water tank is provided, a permeation filter is provided between the auxiliary water tank and the fresh water tank, and further, the auxiliary water tank and the dirty water tank are connected via a shutoff valve, whereby When the water level in the tank becomes significantly higher than the water level in the fresh water tank, the sewage can be sent to the auxiliary water tank, and the sewage without solids can be returned to the fresh water tank through the permeation filter.
The fresh water and the sewage that has passed through the osmosis membrane filter can be used as cleaning water, and the waste of the cleaning work time such as frequent replenishment of the fresh water when the floor cleaner is used for a long time can be reduced.
