In the conventional vehicle-mounted electronic control connector,
There are various structures as described below for mounting a large electronic component on the terminal board, but each has its own drawbacks. For example, in the mounting structure shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, with the main body 1 of the electronic component P being held by the dedicated tool 31, the two leads 2 are attached to the terminals 33 integrally provided on the terminal board 32. The leads 2 and the terminals 33 are resistance-welded to each other. In this mounting structure, since the main body 1 of the electronic component P is only placed on the terminal board 32 and is not held, there is a risk that the main body 1 will be vibrated during use and broken. There are various drawbacks in that the positioning of the lead 2 with respect to each terminal 33 is troublesome.

Further, in the mounting structure shown in FIGS. 21 and 22, a saucer 34 having a concave surface corresponding to the shape of the body 1 of the electronic component P is integrally molded with the terminal board 32, and the saucer 3 is formed.
4, the main body 1 of the electronic component P is placed, and the two leads 2 and each terminal 33 are resistance-welded. According to this mounting structure, there is an advantage that the lead 2 of the electronic component P can be easily positioned with respect to each terminal 33. However, as in the above mounting structure, the main body 1 of the electronic component P is not held, and therefore, when used. There is a risk of disconnection due to the vibration generated at.

Further, in the mounting structure shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, each engaging claw 3 provided on the inverted U-shaped fixing part 35.
The main body 1 of the electronic component P is held on the terminal board 32 by inserting and engaging 5a into the engaging holes 32a of the terminal board 32. In this mounting structure, the number of dedicated fixing parts 35 is increased, and the number of man-hours for mounting is also increased, which increases costs. Further, there is a possibility that the fixed component 35 may come off from the terminal board 32 due to vibration during use.

According to the present invention, in a structure for mounting a large electronic component having a lead on a terminal board of an on-vehicle electronic control connector, the elastic component is elastically deformable along the width direction of the body of the electronic component. Several pairs of width direction fitting pieces are integrally formed on the terminal board, and the main body of the electronic component is pushed from above the one or several pairs of width direction fitting pieces to be fitted and held therein. Alternatively, a pair of longitudinal fitting pieces that are elastically deformable along the longitudinal direction of the body of the electronic component are integrally molded with the terminal board, and a pair of width direction guides for positioning the body in the width direction are provided. By integrally molding the terminal board, pushing the main body of the electronic component from above the pair of longitudinal fitting pieces, and fitting and holding the same,
Since the large electronic component is mounted on the terminal board, the following various effects are achieved. (1) The body of the electronic component is integrally molded with the terminal board 1
By pushing in from a plurality of pairs of widthwise fitting pieces or a pair of longitudinal fitting pieces, the fitting pieces can be fitted and held on these fitting pieces with one touch without using a dedicated fixing part.
As a result, compared to the case where the electronic component is held by a dedicated tool, the mounting process of the electronic component is omitted, and the dedicated fixed component is not required, so that the large electronic component can be mounted on the terminal board. Cost is reduced. (2) The body of the electronic component is fitted and securely held by one or several pairs of widthwise fitting pieces or a pair of longitudinal fitting pieces integrally formed on the board portion of the terminal board. Even if vibration is applied during use, an accident such as disconnection of an electronic component from the terminal board and disconnection is eliminated. (3) In a structure in which one or several pairs of width direction fitting pieces are integrally formed on the terminal board, a lead mounting body having a horizontal mounting surface is integrally formed on the terminal board and provided on the body of the electronic component. If two leads are placed on the horizontal placement surface of the lead placement body, the two leads naturally become horizontal, and there is an advantage that they surely come into contact with each terminal. (4) In a structure in which a pair of longitudinal fitting pieces are integrally formed on a terminal board, if the width of the longitudinal fitting pieces formed on the lead side of the body of the electronic component corresponds to the width of the two leads, When mounting an electronic component, the two leads that sandwich the longitudinal fitting piece from the outside are necessarily horizontal,
There is an advantage that each terminal is surely contacted. (5) When the two leads provided on the body of the electronic component have different lengths and the terminals connected to the leads are provided at positions displaced along the longitudinal direction of the body of the electronic component. , It is possible to reliably prevent wiring mistakes during mounting.
