[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a crushed stone polishing device for obtaining high-quality aggregate by polishing crushed stone, slag (slag), etc. to remove sharp edges, and removing deposits on the surface of crushed stone, slag, etc.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Natural gravel deposited on the riverbed has been used as an aggregate for concrete structures, but since it has become difficult to collect natural gravel in recent years, crushed stone and slag obtained by artificially crushing rocks have been used. In many cases, etc. are used as the aggregate. However, since these crushed stones and slags have sharp corners and mud and the like adhere to the surface, they may not be suitable for use as the aggregate as they are. Therefore, a method of removing sharp edges and removing deposits on the surface by using a crushed stone polishing device has been conventionally used.

An example of the structure of this crushed stone polishing apparatus is shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 1 is a cylindrical rotating drum, and the first holder 2 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the rotary drum along the inner peripheral surface thereof. A plurality of corrugated scraping blades 3 are integrally formed.

On the other hand, a rotor 4 having a cylindrical shape is provided inside the rotary drum 1 with a space S therebetween and with its shaft 4a eccentric from the axis of the rotary drum 1, and the outer peripheral surface thereof has the outer circumference. A second holder 5 is attached along the surface, and a plurality of holding blades 6 that are alternately continuous and have a corrugated shape are integrally formed on the second holder 5. Here, the scraping blade 3 and the holding blade 6 are formed such that their longitudinal directions are substantially parallel to the axes of the rotary drum 1 and the rotor 4, respectively. When the holder 5 is attached to the rotary drum 1 or the rotor 4, a method such as bolt tightening is used.

Then, crushed stones or the like are put into the space S, and the rotary drum 1 and the rotor 4 are rotationally driven in opposite directions (arrows A and B in FIG. 4) by using a drive device (not shown). The crushed stones and the like are rubbed against each other between the scraping blade 3 and the holding blade 6, and as a result, the crushed stones and the like are polished.

【0006】[0006]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

By the way, in the crushed stone polishing apparatus, when the crushed stone is continuously polished, the scraping blade 3 and the holding blade 6 are locally worn, and the polishing ability for the crushed stone is also reduced accordingly. Therefore, in order to maintain the polishing ability of the polishing apparatus for crushed stone, it is necessary to replace the scraping blade 3 and the holding blade 6 with new ones.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional crushed stone polishing apparatus, since the scraping blade 3 or the holding blade 6 is integrally formed with the first holder 2 or the second holder 5, When the blades 3 or the holding blades 6 were worn, the entire first holder 2 or the second holder 5 had to be replaced with a new one, although the other parts were barely worn. As a result, not only is the first holder 2 or the second holder 5 wasted, but the weight of the first holder 2 or the second holder 5 easily causes fatigue during replacement. Was occurring. In particular, since the holding blade 6 is worn in a relatively short time and is frequently replaced, the above-mentioned problem is remarkable.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a first holder is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical rotating drum, and a plurality of raking blades are mounted on the first holder. The rotor is arranged so that its longitudinal direction is substantially parallel to the axis of the rotary drum, a cylindrical rotor is eccentrically provided inside the rotary drum, and the rotor is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor. A second holder is attached, and a plurality of holding blades are arranged on the second holder such that their longitudinal directions are substantially parallel to the axis of the rotor, and the rotating drum and the rotor are in opposite directions. In a crushed stone polishing apparatus for polishing crushed stones, etc., which are thrown into a space formed between the rotary drum and the rotor, by rotating at least one of the scraping blades and the holding blades, In which on the holder or the second holder is detachably attached.

[Action]

In the crushed stone polishing apparatus of the present invention, at least one of the raking blades or the holding blades is detachably mounted on the first holder or the second holder, so When the blade is worn, only the scraping blade or the holding blade can be removed from the first holder or the second holder and replaced.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. Since the present invention relates to a mechanism for attaching scraping blades or holding blades to a rotary drum or a rotor, among other crushed stone polishing apparatuses, description of other parts of the crushed stone polishing apparatus will be omitted. .

FIG. 1 shows an example of the structure of a crushed stone polishing apparatus according to the present invention. In the crushed stone polishing apparatus of the present embodiment, the second holder 10 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 4 along the outer peripheral surface by, for example, bolting or the like, and is further mounted on the second holder 10. , A plurality of holding blades 11 and 11a are detachably attached.

The structures of the second holder 10 and the holding blades 11 and 11a are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The second holder 10 has a parallelogram shape, and the lower surface 10 a thereof has an arc shape that is convex upward in conformity with the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 4. The axis of the arc is parallel to the end faces of the holder 10 shown by reference numerals 10c and 10d in FIG.

The upper surface 10b of the second holder 10 is provided with a plurality of pedestals 12 (two in the figure) which are parallel to the end surfaces 10c and 10d and project outward in the radial direction of the arc, and the upper surface 12a thereof. A plurality of holding blades 11 and 11a are installed at a predetermined interval, and the holding blades 11 and 11a penetrate through the holding blades 11 and 11a in the radial direction of the circular arc by a bolt 14 screwed into a mounting hole 13 reaching the pedestal 12. , Is detachably attached to the pedestal 12. Here, the upper end of the bolt 14 when the holding blades 11 and 11a are attached to the pedestal 12 is located below the upper surface of the attachment hole 13 by a width indicated by H in FIG.

Further, the ridges formed by the side surfaces 11b and 11c of the holding blades 11 and 11a facing forward in the rotation direction of the rotor 4 and the upper end surfaces of the holding blades 11 and 11a are made of, for example, cemented carbide. Blades 15 and 15a are planted. Reference numerals 10e and 10f are ribs provided between the upper surface 10b and the pedestal 12, and reference numeral 16 is a bolt hole for attaching the second holder 10 to the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 4. The second holder 10 is attached to the rotor 4 with the end faces indicated by reference numerals 10g and 10h in FIG. 2 along the circumferential direction of the rotor, but the second holder 10 has a parallelogram shape as described above. Therefore, the holding blades 11 and 11a are inclined at a constant angle α with respect to the axis of the rotor 4.

When polishing crushed stones or the like using the crushed stones polishing apparatus having the above-described configuration, the crushed stones or the like are put into the space S from one end side of the rotary drum 1, and the rotor 4 is designated by reference numerals 11b and 11c. The side surface shown in the figure is rotated so that the side surface faces forward (in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 1), and the rotary drum 1 is rotated in the opposite direction (direction of arrow A in FIG. 1). Then, the crushed stones and the like are rubbed with each other between the scraping blade 3 and the holding blades 11 and 11a, and as a result, the crushed stones and the like are polished.

Further, since the holding blades 11 and 11a are inclined at a constant angle α with respect to the axis of the rotor 4, the crushed stones put into the rotary drum 1 are sequentially polished along with other rotary drums 1 as they are ground. It is transferred to the end side and discharged from the outlet provided on the other end side of the rotary drum 1. In this case, the scraping blades 3 may be tilted instead of the holding blades 11 and 11a, or the rotary drum 1 may be tilted so that the rotary drum 1 gradually lowers from the one end to the other end.

When the holding blades 11 and 11a are worn due to polishing, only the holding blades 11 and 11a are removed from the second holder 10 and replaced with new ones, and the second holder 10 is attached to the rotor 4. Continue to use as it is. As a result, the material required for replacing the worn holding blades 11 and 11a is saved, and the holding blades 11 and 11a are relatively lightweight, which reduces operator fatigue. Needless to say, the second holder 10 is replaced when the second holder 10 is worn due to several uses.

Further, in the crushed stone polishing apparatus of this embodiment, the position of the upper end of the bolt 14 when the holding blades 11 and 11 a are attached to the pedestal 12 is indicated by H in FIG. 3 from the upper surface of the mounting hole 13. Since it is positioned downward by the width, the contact between the upper end of the bolt 14 and the crushed stone or the like during polishing is blocked by the holding blades 11 and 11a, and the damage of the bolt 14 due to the contact with the crushed stone or the like is prevented. . Moreover, since the blade bodies 15 and 15a are planted on the side surfaces 11b and 11c of the upper ends of the holding blades 11 and 11a, which face forward in the rotation direction of the rotor 4, the blades 15 and 15a are more effectively grounded and the holding blades 11 , 11a are hard to be worn, and the life of the holding blades 11, 11a is extended.

In the case of the present embodiment, paying attention to the fact that the holding blades 11 and 11a are frequently replaced, only the holding blades 11 and 11a are detachably mounted on the second holder 10. Although the structure of the scraping blade 3 which is relatively hard to wear is the same as that conventionally used, the scraping blade 3 is detached from the holder like the holding blades 11 and 11a as needed. The structure may be freely attached.

[Effect of device]

As described above, in the crushed stone polishing apparatus of the present invention, since at least one of the scraping blade and the holding blade is detachably attached to the first holder or the second holder, Alternatively, when the holding blade is worn, only the relatively lightweight scraping blade or the holding blade can be removed from the first holder or the second holder and replaced. Therefore, the material required to replace the worn-up scraping blade or the holding blade is saved, and the fatigue of the operator is reduced.
