【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は金属表面の錆落し、ペイント剥し、金
属、石材等の表面の研磨、平滑化のために使用さ
れる研磨機に関する。

従来、これらの研磨、錆落し等作業は砥石等を
使用したグラインダー、サンダーによつてなされ
ているが、表面の凹凸が大きい場合や荒つぽい研
削、研磨作業の場合では表面凹凸になじまず、研
磨効率が悪く作業時間がかかるばかりでなく、砥
石等の研磨体の損傷磨耗が激しく、又その仕上り
面も充分でないことが多かつた。更には砥石盤の
一部が露出していて危険であるばかりか、研削破
片が飛散していた。本考案はかかる欠点を解消し
た新しい構想に基く研磨機を提供せんとするもの
である。

る研磨機に係るものである。尚、図中7はケーシ
ング1内部の中心架台、8は横軸3,3′……の
軸受溝、9は連結ボルト、10は同連結ボルトの
底盤、11はエヤモータを内蔵させた駆動装置、
12は被研磨材の金属表面である。

回運動を強制されるため(研削歯4の稜線方向に
沿つてその周回速度が違うため)に研磨回転体

歯4が被研磨面の錆、付着物、凸部を削り、表面
研磨を行なうものである。この時の研削力は研削
歯の頂点の稜線の刃でこさぐ様に研磨するので研
磨粒子の碇石板のものに比べはるかに強力なもの
となる。又研磨回転体6,6′……に過大な負荷、
衝撃が作用すれば横軸3,3′……と軸孔5との
遊びによつて揺動して緩らげることが出来る。又
研削された破片のかなりの部分はケーシング1内
に閉じこめられるので破片、火花の飛散がなく、
しかも研磨回転体6,6′……も又ケーシング1
内に収められ露出することがないので極めて安全
となる。ケーシング1は回転するが危険を及ぼす
ものではない。加えて損耗、磨耗した研磨回転体
6,6′……の交換は簡単で且つ費用も安いもの
である。
