【発明の効果】以上説明したごとく、この発明装置によ
れば、以下に記載する効果を奏する。 (1)直管部材が一本ずつ自動的に供給されてマーキン
グが施されるので、多種多量にあってもその作業性を著
しく向上して短時間にマーキングすることができる。 (2)マーキングは直管部材を定位置で転動させながら
マーカーとの接触により施されるので、直管部材の全周
に確実にマーキングできるとともに、マークの位置関係
のバラツキをなくして一定位置にマーキングできる。 (3)マーカーは直管部材の転動に追随して揺動するの
で、常に適度な接触圧でマーキングすることができ、マ
ーカー先端のマーク芯部の傷みも極めて少ない。またボ
ール内臓マーカーを使用すると、ボールが内部の液を撹
拌するためマーキングの際に色むら等を防止できる。 (4)カムプレートとカムフォローを用いた直管部材挟
持間隔可変機構により、直管部材を確実に案内部材と保
持体との間に供給できるとともに、弾性力を利用し一定
の挟持力で直管部材を転がり接触させる方式を採用した
ことにより、スリップ等を生じることなく管径の違いに
関係なく直管部材を確実に転動させることができ、マー
キングの安定性が高い。 (5)装置自体の構成が比較的簡単で、しかも安価な機
器、部材を使用できるので、コスト的にも高くつくこと
はない。

体と、この保持体と一体的に取付けられたカムフォロア
ーと前記案内部材の側面に配設したカムプレートにて前
記保持体と軌道面との間隔を可変となす直管部材挟持間
隔可変機構と、前記案内部材側に直管部材と直角方向に
突出するごとく配置され、かつ上下方向に揺動可能に弾
性支持された揺動式マーカーと、前記架台の左右端部の
下側に配設したマーキング後の直管部材の送出シュー
ト、ストッパー機構および材料受けとからなることを特
徴とする管部材周面の自動マーキング装置。
