Means for Solving the Problems The present inventor has considered that the reason for the occurrence of idle hair is to twist the wool, and decided to use a non-twisted yarn. However, since the strength is weak as it is, the present invention has been reached by using a reinforcing fiber of synthetic fiber together.

Therefore, the wool carpet of the present invention is characterized by being formed by untwisted wool reinforced with synthetic fiber filaments and having a split finish. The method for producing a wool carpet of the present invention comprises the steps of producing a non-twisted wool yarn reinforced with synthetic fiber filaments, forming a carpet using this non-twisted wool yarn, and splitting the formed carpet. And Mixing ratio of synthetic fiber filaments is 0.5-5% of the total amount
It is preferably (weight).

<Manufacturing Process of Raw Material Yarn> The wool is roughly classified into a worsted yarn, a woolen yarn, and a semi-worsted yarn having an intermediate quality between them, according to a spinning method. The wool used in the present invention is an improved semi-worsted yarn. The main steps in making the semi-worsted yarn used in the present invention are compounding, carding, gilling, spinning and addition of reinforcing yarn. Among these steps, the steps of blending, carding and gilling are the same as conventional ones, and the features of the present invention are the steps of spinning and adding a reinforcing yarn.

And open and blend. (2) Carding The washed wool is placed on a card machine to remove foreign matters and short hairs, and at the same time, the lumps of intertwined hairs are separated, and the hairs are stretched to be in parallel and finally formed into a sliver shape. (3) Gilling It is possible to combine several slivers over the gil box and stretch it several times.
Repeated times to even out the unevenness of thickness and straighten the fibers to arrange them in parallel. (4) Spinning and Addition of Reinforcing Yarn In the spinning process for worsted yarns and woolen yarns, the fibers are appropriately stretched by a spinning machine to obtain the required fineness, and appropriate twists are applied here. However, according to the method of the present invention, the untwisted yarn is left untwisted here. At this time, the reinforcing yarn of synthetic fiber is added simultaneously with the stretching. As the synthetic fiber, a filament of nylon, polyethylene, propylene or the like can be used. The addition ratio of the synthetic fiber filaments is preferably 0.5 to 5% (weight) of the total yarn amount, and particularly preferably 1 to 3% (weight). As shown in FIG. 2, the addition method is preferably such that the synthetic fiber filament 1 is lightly wound around the fine spinning yarn 2 in a spiral shape. The single yarn produced in this step may be used as it is, or may be used by twisting two to three strands.

<Carpet forming step> Burlap yarn is used as the warp and weft yarns constituting the ground structure, and the yarn produced in the raw yarn producing process is used as the pile yarn, and the fabric is woven with a carpet loom or a base fabric using a flocking machine. Hepile can be planted. This carpet forming process is the same as the conventional method, and therefore detailed description thereof is omitted.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Test samples (1 kind of carpet of the present invention and 2 kinds of conventional carpets, each having a width of a friction surface of 8
(cm x length 10.5 cm) and a brush were attached to a Gakushin-type friction tester (Suga Tester Co., Ltd. FR-2 modified type), and rubbed 500 times with a load of 1 kg at room temperature of 20 ° C and relative humidity of 65%. After the experiment, the sample reduction amount and the hair loss amount were determined by the following formulas. (1) Sample reduction g / m 2 = (weight before test g - weight g after the test) × 1m 2 /(0.08m × 0.105m) (2) alopecia amount (amount of play hair) g / m 2 = Amount of hair loss from the sample g × 1m 2 / (0.08m × 0.105m) The present invention is 1 / 3.5 count, 1/8 gauge (G), unwashed wool with about 2% nylon reinforcement thread It is a carpet manufactured using the added material (“cut loop” (a product in which the high loop is cut and the low loop is not cut)). Prior art 1 is a carpet manufactured using 1 / 3.5 count, 1/8 gauge (G), unwashed twisted yarn (“cut” (a product in which all loops are cut)). Prior art 2 is 2 /
Carpet ("cut loop") made from 3.5-count, 1/8 gauge (G), unwashed twisted yarn. The results are shown in the table below. In all cases, the reduction amount of the sample is larger than the hair loss amount because there is a weight reduction other than the hair loss.
