Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the need to install a reflective board and a glare-proof board separately and reduce the vibrations produced by a wind pressure of a car. CONSTITUTION:This invention relates to a reflective glance guidance sign which comprises at least a glare-proof board 1 and a reflective board 2. The reflective member 2 is installed to a front surface of the glare-proof board 1 and a part of a rear surface of the board. Otherwise, the reflective member 2 is partially installed to either the front surface of the rear surface, thereby producing one piece structure which integrates the glare-proof board 1 with the reflective board 2.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when an automobile travels at night, a reflector for reflecting a light beam of a headlight to indicate to a driver the condition of a road curve and the like and a reflector in series with the road. A method of arranging and displaying road information is known. Further, an antiglare plate for preventing glare from headlights of oncoming vehicles and a method of disposing the antiglare plates in a row on a road to prevent the glare are also known.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the reflector and the antiglare plate must be separately arranged, and the cost for the arrangement and the security management after the arrangement is required. There was a problem that was high. In particular, considering the road situation in Japan where there are many mountainous areas, there are many places where it is necessary to dispose a reflector and an antiglare plate, and it can be said that such a problem is very serious. Moreover, it is even more so in recent years when resource conservation issues are of great concern to the general public. Further, disposing both the individual reflection plate and the antiglare plate in the same area may be difficult to install depending on the road environment. Further, the antiglare plate needs a certain area to shield the light beam of the headlight of an oncoming vehicle, and therefore, the wind pressure generated when an automobile, especially a large car, passes near the antiglare plate prevents the light from being blocked. There was also a problem that the glare plate vibrates.

The antiglare plate 1 is formed of a substantially rectangular plate body having a desired area. And, in a part of the front surface and the back surface of the anti-glare plate 1, in this example, the upper center portion,
A reflector 2 is provided. The reflector 2 is formed by fixing a reflecting material, such as a yellow or red plastic material, which sufficiently reflects the light rays of the automobile headlight, by a suitable fixing means such as sticking so as to have a predetermined area. There is. The reflector 2 may be formed by coating glass particles, or may be configured by screwing a plate-shaped reflector such as plastic to the antiglare plate 1.
The wind vent holes 3 are provided by forming a plurality of slit-shaped antiglare plates 1 in the lower portion of the reflector 2 in parallel. As shown in FIG. 3, the wind vent 3 has a notch in the antiglare plate 1, and the notches are alternately cut and raised toward the front surface side and the back surface side of the antiglare plate 1 so that the cross section is substantially L-shaped. It is formed by cutting and raising while forming the shape of, and opening and piercing the antiglare plate 1 so as to form the shielding portion 3a by bending the tip edge. Here, the shielding portion 3a shields the slit-shaped opening of the air vent hole 3 without obstructing passage of the wind, thereby preventing dazzling in the opening. In addition, on both left and right ends of the antiglare plate 1,
In order to mount the antiglare plate 1 on the holding member 4 which will be described later, a hole (not shown) through which the antiglare plate mounting bolt 6 penetrates is provided.

The holding member 4 has an antiglare plate holding portion 4a on which the antiglare plate 1 is attached and a column mounting portion 4b on which the column 5 is attached.
And consists of. As shown in FIG. 4, the antiglare plate holding portion 4a is
It is formed integrally with the support column mounting portion 4b by protruding outward from the upper end of the support column mounting portion 4b so as to form a substantially U-shape in both left and right directions. Further, a hole (not shown) for penetrating the antiglare plate mounting bolt 6 is provided at a proper U-shaped portion of the antiglare plate holding portion 4a. Next, since the column mounting portion 4b is fitted onto the upper end of the column 5, the column mounting portion 4b is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape with an upper cover and a lower opening. A hole portion (not shown) is provided so as to penetrate therethrough. Also,
A notch 8 is formed at the upper end of the column mounting portion 4b so that the lid 8 and a part of the body of the column mounting portion 4b are cut to a depth such that the notch 8 is substantially equidistant to the lower end of the antiglare plate holding portion 4a. It is formed by cutting. This is to secure the attachment of the anti-glare plate 1 by fitting the lower end portion of the anti-glare plate 1 into the cut portion 8 and to stabilize the anti-glare plate 1 after installation.

Therefore, the antiglare plate 1 is, as described above,
After fitting the lower portion into the cut portion 8, the antiglare plate holding portion 4
It is threadedly attached to a through the anti-glare plate mounting bolt 6. Further, the support column 5 is fitted with the upper end portion of the support column 4b into the support column mounting portion 4b, and then screwed through the support column mounting bolt 7 to form the reflection type visual line guidance mark H of this example. As shown in FIG. 5, the reflection type line-of-sight guidance signs H are used by arranging them in a line at predetermined intervals on the central line 11 of the curved road 10. That is, each sign is supported by embedding the lower end portion of the pillar 5 in the ground 9 of the road center line 11. by this,
Both the effect of preventing glare and the effect of the reflector are obtained.
The attachment of the anti-glare plate 1 and the column 5 in the present invention is not limited to the holding member 4 of this example, and an appropriate holding member may be adopted.
