問題があった。2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when baking octopus grills, a gas-heating type baking mold has been used in which a large number of recesses are set up on the upper surface and arranged side by side.
Since the dough that has entered the many recesses is rolled up into a spherical shape by turning it over with a skewer while carefully adjusting the baking amount, the dough in the many recesses has a uniform color and gloss.
There is a problem that a great deal of skill is required to bake into a spherical shape with hardness.

We proposed a device for baking while transferring from one baking mold recess to the other baking mold recess.

And a reversing means that can be individually rotated around the rotating shaft and can be rotated in a superposed state, so as to face each other on the upper surfaces of the baking dies in a state of being overlapped with each other. To form a substantially hemispherical food molding recess,
Further, the both baking dies are provided with an electric heating type heating means.

The dough was filled in the recess of one of the baking molds and baked for an appropriate period of time, then the other baking mold was inverted and superimposed on one baking mold, and then both baking molds were superimposed. You can transfer the semi-baked dough from the recess of one baking mold to the recess of the other baking mold by reversing simultaneously in the state, and you can transfer such a half-baked dough from the baking mold to the baking mold. By performing the transfer operation an appropriate number of times, the dough expands while receiving the action of being kneaded by hand,
It is baked into a ball-shaped food with a uniform color, gloss and hardness.

The structure can be made and the labor required for maintenance can be reduced. Therefore, according to the present invention, there is an effect that the baking device can be made compact and robust without impairing the advantage of baking the ball-shaped food product into a uniform state without any skill.

Can be overlaid on the second baking mold 5 and returned, and can be inverted. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the second baking die 5 is attached to the second bracket plate 15 with the bolts 16, and the second arm 1 fixed to the second bracket plate 15 is attached.
7 is fixed to a cylindrical outer rotation shaft 3b rotatably fitted to the inner rotation shaft 3a, and a second outer rotation shaft 3b is fitted to one end of the outer rotation shaft 3b as shown in FIG. A second chain 21 is wound around the sprocket 18 and a sprocket 20 fitted to a second drive shaft 19 driven by the motor 10.

Therefore, by operating the second clutch 22 while the motor 10 is driven, the second baking die 5 can be returned to the state of overlapping with the first baking die 4 and rotated. It goes without saying that both baking dies 4 and 5 may be driven by different motors to rotate the motors forward and backward.

By inserting the compression spring 23 between the second baking mold 5 and the second baking mold 5, the second baking mold 5 resists the spring force of the compression spring 23 when the two baking molds 4 and 5 overlap each other. It is set so that it can be moved closer to 5 by some size.

In this case, it is preferable to set it to about 180 ° C). In the above configuration, for example, (a) to FIG.
By repeating the procedure of (f) and
A spherical octopus grill T with a uniform color, gloss, and hardness,
It can be baked continuously without any skill. . First, as shown in (a), the dough T ′ containing the fillet t of octopus is poured into each recess 24 of the first baking mold 4 for about 8 minutes, and then baked in the first baking mold 4 for an appropriate time. , Takoyaki T
Form almost half of the skin. In this state, the cloth T'swells slightly. . After baking in the first baking mold 4 for an appropriate time, the second baking mold 5 is inverted and superposed on the first baking mold 4, as shown in FIG. . Then, as shown in (c), the dough T'is turned over by turning over the two baking molds 4 and 5 so that the first baking mold 4 returns to its original posture. 5
Then, it is transferred to the recess 25 and baked as it is for an appropriate time to form the remaining half of the octopus baked T. In this state, the cloth T'swells considerably and becomes a state close to a sphere. . As shown in (d), the two baking dies 4 and 5 are overlapped with each other, and the first baking dies 4 are simultaneously inverted so that the first baking dies 4 are in an upward posture.
As shown in (e), the two baking molds 4 and 5 are simultaneously turned over so that the second baking mold 5 faces upward with the two baking molds 4 and 5 being overlapped.

It swells while being kneaded, and is baked into a beautiful spherical shape. . As shown in (f), only the first baking mold 4 is returned to the original state, and the octopus baking T baked in a state fitted in the recess 25 of the second baking mold 5 is placed on a heat-retaining tray or the like. Take it out. It should be noted that the finish baking may be performed in the second baking mold 5 for some time, or the heating temperature of the second baking mold 5 may be freely switched between high and low so that the second baking mold 5 can be kept warm.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent or reduce the material T ′ and the oil from dripping from the mating surfaces of the both baking molds 4 and 5 when the two baking molds 4 and 5 are reversed in an overlapping state. The spring means such as the compression spring 18 may be provided between the first baking die 4 and the first bracket 6, or may be provided between both baking dies 4 and 5 and both brackets 6 and 15. It goes without saying that it is also good.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7 (d), the first baking mold 4 is returned and rotated by an appropriate angle while baking with the second baking mold 5, and as shown in FIG. 7 (g). While the first baking mold 4 is baking, the second baking mold 5 may be returned and rotated by an appropriate angle.

Although the case where the baking dies 4 and 5 are inverted each time, as shown in FIG. 8, the baking dies 4 and 5 may be inverted 360 degrees. Since the specific gravity of the octopus fillet t and the dough T ′ are different, when inverting the two baking molds 4 and 5, the octopus fillet t sinks downward as shown in FIG. A phenomenon in which a cavity 28 is formed inside the dough T'may occur, but this phenomenon can be avoided by slowing down the reversing speed of both baking molds 4 and 5 or stopping for a short time during the reversing. .

When the doughs 4 and 25 are formed and the dough is filled in order in the recesses 25, the baking times in the recesses 24 and 25 are different, which causes a problem of uneven baking. Can be eliminated by using a dough filling tool 30 as shown in FIGS. That is, this dough filling device 3
No. 0 is provided with a pair of support plates 31 that are placed on both edges of the first baking dies 4 and a connecting rod 32 that connects the both support plates 31. 1) A cup 34, which rotatably supports shafts 33 extending in parallel at the same intervals as the rows of the recesses 24 in the baking dies 4 and allows the dough T'to enter a certain amount on both shafts 33. , The recesses 24 are attached at the same intervals as the recesses 24, and further, a lever portion 35 for rotating the shaft body 33 is provided at an appropriate portion such as one end or both ends of the both shafts 33, and the recesses 24 in each row are provided. The dough T'can be poured all at once (octopus fillet t

In addition, positioning pieces 31a, 31b that come into contact with the side surface and the end surface of the first baking mold 4 are provided at the lower edge of the support plate 31 so that both support plates 31 can be accurately positioned with respect to the first baking mold 4. It is provided. In addition,
It goes without saying that both shaft bodies 33 may be interlocked so that all the cups 34 of the dough filling tool 30 rotate at the same time.

Further, a plurality of baking dies may be arranged in series along the rotation axis on both sides sandwiching one rotation axis, and “a pair” in the present application means such a pair. The arrangement state is also included. Further, it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied not only to baking octopus but also to baking other ball-shaped foods.
