2. Description of the Related Art Footwear for aerial workers, especially every time underground
It is necessary to convey the condition of the ground to the bottom of the feet as well as to prevent slipping, and to prevent falls and other safety aspects. For this reason, conventionally, footwear for this purpose has used a grounded sole formed of rubber or synthetic resin having an appropriate flexibility, and its wall thickness is made thinner than that of sports shoes and the like.

The grounding bottom made of thin rubber or synthetic resin conveys the condition of the ground to the sole of the foot well, but if it wears a little, it will become unusable and will have a small projection such as metal or glass. It is easily damaged by, and it is dangerous to reach your feet. This problem can be prevented by increasing the thickness of the ground contact bottom, but this has the drawback that the presence of small irregularities on the ground is hardly transmitted to the sole of the foot.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the present invention, even when the wall thickness is increased, the presence of small irregularities on the ground can be transmitted to the sole of the foot, and the wearing comfort is also improved, resulting in a sharp point. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a grounding bottom that can prevent damage to the grounding bottom due to small protrusions, etc., and thus prevent the damage from reaching the feet.

That is, the present invention has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object, and is made of a rubber or a synthetic resin or a foam thereof which retains flexibility and has an appropriate thickness. A large number of rubber or synthetic resin pieces, each of which has hardness and hardness larger than that of the material of the grounding bottom body and has a large and small diameter differently and which has recesses in the surroundings, are placed in appropriate places in the grounding bottom body, and the lower end surface of the grounding bottom body It is characterized in that it is embedded in such a manner that pieces of large diameter are distributed from the middle to the rear while the diameter of the front is small so that it is exposed on the surface of the main body.

FIG. 1 is a view for explaining a deformed state of the grounding bottom of the present invention. A grounding bottom main body 4 having flexibility and having an appropriate thickness has a higher hardness than that of the grounding bottom body 4 and has a large diameter and a small diameter. The rubber or synthetic resin piece 3 having 5 has a small diameter in the front and a large diameter from the middle to the rear so that the lower end surface is exposed to the surface of the grounding bottom body in a state where they are spaced apart and independent of each other. Since the pieces are embedded so as to be distributed, the grounded bottom body 4 is deformed according to the concave portions 1 and the convex portions 2 on the ground, but the high-hardness rubber or synthetic resin piece 3 is not deformed as it is. It will move to the upper surface side, so that the soles of the feet can sense the unevenness of the upper surface. However, by distributing pieces with different diameters, the degree of unevenness detection on the sole changes from the front, the middle to the rear, and the unevenness and comfort are balanced.

On the other hand, in the conventional grounding bottom, when a flexible material is used, the unevenness 1 and 2 are absorbed as in the grounding bottom 4'of FIG. 2, and when a material having a large hardness is used as a whole. Cannot be accurately transmitted to the sole of the foot because it bends like uneven bridges 1 and 2 like the grounding bottom 4 ″ of FIG. 3 and bridges.

A large number of high-hardness rubber or synthetic resin pieces 3 having a rubber hardness of 70 or more and different diameters and different diameters having recesses 5 are embedded in a grounding bottom body 4 made of a flexible rubber having a rubber hardness of 40 or less. is there. These pieces 3 are embedded in such a manner that each piece is independent and its lower end surface is exposed to the surface of the grounding bottom body, and that pieces having large diameters are distributed in the front and large in diameter from the middle to the rear. .

Distribution of High Hardness Piece 3 at Rubber Bottom In this embodiment, a cylindrical high hardness rubber piece having three kinds of large and small diameters is used, and the smallest diameter piece 3a is a large number in front of the rubber bottom. By embedding, the small unevenness of the ground is well transmitted here, and the force of each toe is well transmitted to the ground.

In the middle and rear of the rubber sole, high hardness pieces 3b and 3c each having a larger diameter are embedded, respectively, so that small unevenness of the ground is not felt on the soles of the feet and comfort is improved. There is. In this way, by changing the shape and distribution of the high-hardness pieces 3 at the portion of the ground contact bottom, various ground contact bottoms suitable for the use of footwear can be obtained.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention is as described above, since the rubber or synthetic resin piece having high hardness is stably present in the grounding bottom body while maintaining flexibility, The tip of the foot can convey small unevenness of the ground to the sole of the foot, and from the middle to the rear, the feeling of unevenness is combined with improved comfort, which balances the feeling of the sole and the comfort of the foot. It is possible to prevent damage to the ground floor and feet, and to improve safety and durability.
