Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve higher stability and durability by allowing a rubber or synthetic resin piece with a higher hardness to exist in a ground sole body stably while softness is maintained so that the existence of slight irregularities on the ground is transmitted to the foot soles, yet preventing damage to the ground sole and the feet. CONSTITUTION:A number of rubber or synthetic resin pieces 3 with a high hardness having recesses 5 in the perimeter thereof exceeding 70 in rubber hardness are buried into the body 4 of the ground sole made of a soft rubber less than 40 in rubber hardness. The synthetic resin pieces 3 are buried in such a manner that they are independent of one another while the lower end face thereof is exposed to the surface of the ground sole body. As the high-hardness rubber pieces 3 having the recesses 5 in the perimeter thereof are buried into the ground sole body 4 made of the soft rubber, a product thus obtained is highly stable with no fear of slipping off. The ground sole body 4 deforms according to recesses 1 or protrusions 2 of the ground but the rubber or synthetic resin piece 3 with the high hardness can move preferably to the top surface side as intact without being deformed. This allows foot soles to sense irregularities of the top surface thereby achieving a larger thickness of the ground sole.

2. Description of the Related Art Footwear for workers at height, especially in underground
It is necessary to convey the condition of the ground to the soles of the feet as well as to prevent slipping, from the viewpoint of safety such as falling prevention. For this reason, conventionally, footwear for this purpose has used a grounding sole formed by molding rubber or synthetic resin having an appropriate flexibility, and its wall thickness is made thinner than that of sports shoes and the like.

The grounding bottom made of thin rubber or synthetic resin conveys the condition of the ground to the sole of the foot well, but if it wears a little, it will become unusable, and it will have small projections such as metal and glass. It is easily damaged at the foot and it extends to the foot and is dangerous. This problem can be prevented by increasing the thickness of the ground contact bottom, but this has the drawback that the presence of small irregularities on the ground is hardly transmitted to the sole of the foot.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the present invention, even if the wall thickness is increased, the presence of small irregularities on the ground can be transmitted to the sole of the foot, and contact with a small pointed protrusion or the like can be achieved. The purpose is to provide a grounding floor that can prevent damage to the ground and thus prevent damage to the feet.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object, and is made of a rubber or synthetic resin or a foam thereof which maintains flexibility and has an appropriate thickness. A large number of rubber or synthetic resin pieces, each having a hardness higher than that of the material of the grounding bottom body and having a recess in the periphery, are independently placed at appropriate places on the grounding bottom body, and the lower end surface thereof is exposed on the grounding bottom body surface. It is characterized in that it is embedded as described above.

FIG. 1 illustrates a deformed state of a grounding bottom of the present invention. A grounding bottom main body 4 which has flexibility and has an appropriate thickness, and a rubber having a higher hardness and a recess 5 on the periphery thereof. Further, since the synthetic resin pieces 3 are embedded in such a manner that the lower end surfaces thereof are exposed on the surface of the grounding bottom main body in a state where the synthetic resin pieces 3 are spaced apart from each other and are independent of each other, depending on the concave portions 1 and the convex portions 2 of the ground. Although the grounding bottom body 4 is deformed, it has a high hardness rubber or synthetic resin piece 3
Will move to its upper surface side without being deformed, so that the sole of the foot can sense the unevenness of the upper surface.

On the other hand, in the conventional grounding bottom, when a flexible material is used, the unevenness 1 and 2 are absorbed as in the grounding bottom 4'of FIG. 2, and when a material having a large hardness is used as a whole. Cannot be accurately transmitted to the sole of the foot because it bends like bridges on the unevenness 1 and 2 like the grounding bottom 4 "in FIG.

Distribution of the high hardness piece 3 on the rubber bottom In this embodiment, a cylindrical high hardness rubber piece having three kinds of large and small diameters is used, and the smallest diameter piece 3a is many in front of the rubber bottom. By embedding, the small unevenness of the ground is well transmitted here, and the force of each toe is well transmitted to the ground.

In the middle and rear of the rubber sole, high hardness pieces 3b and 3c having a larger diameter are buried respectively, so that small unevenness of the ground is not felt relatively on the soles of the feet, thereby improving the wearing comfort. .. In this way, the shape and distribution of the high hardness pieces 3 can be changed at the ground contact bottom portion, and various ground contact bottoms suitable for the use of the shoe can be obtained.
