Abstract

PURPOSE:To liquefy the steam, to keep both the boiled water and the drop of water on the upper lid, to reduce the humidity, and to remove the dirt by installing a pipe which leads the steam to a cooling water instead of the conventional ejection port on an upper lid. CONSTITUTION:An ejection port on the upper lid from which the steam and the boiled water have been ejected conventionally is placed near the center of an upper lid 7 but it is filled up. Instead of it, a pipe 1 is provided near a hinge 6 and the steam is ejected to cooling water 3 in a cooling device 2 through the pipe 1. Thus, the steam is liquefied and absorbed into the cooling water 3. Similarly, the boiled water is also mixed into the cooling water 3. When the lid 7 is opened, the drop of water flows in the direction of the hinge 6 from the inside of the lid 7 but it is mixed with the cooling water 3 through the outside of the pipe 1. When the temperature inside the rice cooker is reduced, the cooling water 3 may flow back to the inside, so a valve 5 preventing the counterflow is attached to prevent the flowing back. Thus, the steam is not generated and the humidify can be suppressed so that the boiled water can be completely kept without wetting. Accordingly, molds, mites, and bacteria can be suppressed and the good sanitation can be kept.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention produces steam during boiling in an electric machine and a gas rice cooker. Therefore, the steam can be liquefied by cooling with cooling water and mixed with cooling water to be stored. . On the other hand, it is a device that can store the spilled juice that is discharged together with the steam and the water droplets that adhere to the upper lid and flow out, as well as being mixed with the cooling water.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional rice cooker, steam generated during boiling spreads throughout the room, and boiled spilled juice flows into the kitchen as if it were spilling over the rice cooker. Also, if you open the top lid, water drops will flow, so you needed a receiving box.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventionally, since the temperature of the room is high because of steam, molds grow on the ceiling and walls, mites and bacteria propagate, and the kitchen is contaminated with spilled juice, which is very unsanitary. It was In order to eliminate the drawbacks, the present invention attaches a cooling device of a rice cooker to liquefy steam, and also stores spilled juice and water droplets on the upper lid in one place, lowers humidity, eliminates dirt and is hygienic. I proceeded with the research with the task of making it difficult.

[Examples] Explaining the drawings with respect to Examples, in FIG. 1, steam and boiled spilled juice were conventionally ejected from the outlet of the upper lid. The upper lid discharge port was located near the center of the upper lid, but it was removed by blocking it, and instead a pipe was provided near the snail. The steam is liquefied by being jetted to the cooling water in the cooler through the pipe and melts into the cooling water. Boiled juice also acts like steam, so it dissolves in the same cooling water.
