【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 回転軸を回転可能に支承する転がり軸受
を回転軸に固定する軸受ナットであって、該軸受ナット
は中心に回転軸のねじ部と螺合する雌ねじ部を有するナ
ット本体とテーパーカラーとの2部材によりセット組さ
れ、前記ナット本体は転がり軸受の内輪に当接するフラ
ンジ部と外周に所定のテーパー面を有するテーパー部と
より形成され、このテーパー部に単数あるいは複数のス
リット溝を所定の角度位置に形成して雌ねじ部を縮径可
能に設け、前記テーパーカラーは前記テーパー部に外嵌
可能にテーパー孔を有し、このテーパー部とテーパーカ
ラーの嵌合状態の複数の等角度位置の対向面のテーパー
部側にはボルトを螺合する半円ねじ孔を螺設し、対向す
るテーパーカラー側には前記ボルトを嵌込み可能でスト
ッパー面を有する半円孔を穿設して締込み用ねじ部を形
成し、さらに、この締込み用ねじ部と位相する直径方向
の対向面のテーパーカラー側にはボルトを螺合する半円
ねじ孔を螺設し、テーパー部側には前記ボルトを嵌込み
可能でストッパー面を有する半円孔を穿設して緩め用ね
じ部を形成する構成とした軸受ナット。
1. A bearing nut for fixing a rolling bearing, which rotatably supports a rotating shaft, to the rotating shaft, the bearing nut having a female threaded portion which is screwed to a threaded portion of the rotating shaft, and a taper. The nut body is assembled by a collar and two members, and the nut body is formed of a flange portion that abuts the inner ring of the rolling bearing and a taper portion having a predetermined taper surface on the outer periphery, and a single or a plurality of slit grooves are formed in the taper portion. It is formed at a predetermined angle position so that the female screw part can be reduced in diameter, and the taper collar has a taper hole that can be externally fitted to the taper part. A semicircular screw hole into which a bolt is screwed is provided on the taper portion side of the facing surface at the position, and the bolt can be fitted on the facing taper collar side and has a stopper surface. A circular hole is drilled to form a screw thread for tightening, and a semicircular screw hole for screwing a bolt is screwed on the taper collar side of the diametrically opposed surface that is in phase with the screw thread for tightening. Then, a bearing nut configured to form a loosening screw portion by forming a semicircular hole having a stopper surface into which the bolt can be fitted on the taper portion side.
