2. Description of the Related Art Recently, a large number of balconies have been made of resin floorboards, but those using wooden floorboards have a strong popularity because of the warmth, feel, and texture unique to wood. There is. As the latter veranda, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-34331, a plurality of wooden floor board materials are arranged at regular intervals, and the ends of the wooden floor board materials are fixed to the end plates with nails. Things are known.

However, since the veranda made of this kind of wooden floor board material is manufactured by cutting and cutting the wooden floor board material at the construction site according to the customer's request, the construction period is long. There was a problem that the price was high. In addition, it is necessary to apply corrosion prevention treatment by applying waterproof paint to the surface of the wooden floor board material, but even if corrosion prevention treatment was applied in advance at the factory, cutting and cutting work at the construction site as described above. Then, the surface of the wood appears and becomes meaningless. Therefore, in reality, all the processing producers perform the corrosion prevention treatment based on the rule of thumb at the construction site. Therefore, from this point as well, there is a problem that the construction period becomes long and that sufficient corrosion protection cannot always be obtained. This problem also applies to water leakage prevention processing. Further, in particular, in the veranda of the above-mentioned publication, a gap is formed between the wooden floor board members and water always leaks downward. Therefore, if this is disliked, it is necessary to separately provide a water leakage preventing means.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to reduce the construction period and the cost by using the wooden floor board material while omitting the work of cutting / cutting processing and corrosion prevention treatment at the construction site. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel assembly type veranda that can be achieved and that has high corrosion prevention and water leakage prevention.

Therefore, in the present invention, in a prefabricated veranda that forms a floor by arranging a plurality of wooden floor board members substantially horizontally and joining them to each other, the joining end surface of each wooden floor board member is , Relatively forming joint recesses and joint protrusions that are fitted to each other between adjacent wooden floor board materials, and forming hook-shaped recesses in cross section at the upper corners of the joint edges of each wooden floor board material. A resin coating is applied to the entire surface of the board material, including the recessed joints and projections, and the hook-shaped recess in cross section, and the recessed joints and projections of two adjacent wooden floor boards are fitted together and filled with an adhesive. Adhesion was made by fitting a wooden sealing material whose entire surface was coated with a resin film into the hook-shaped recesses of two adjacent wooden floor board materials, and filling and bonding with an adhesive.

In the assembled veranda of the present invention, the joining recesses and joining protrusions and the hook-shaped recesses of the cross section are formed in each wooden floor board, and then the joining recesses and the joining projections and the hooks of the cross section of each wooden floor board are formed. Coating the entire surface including the concave portion with a resin film,
Further, since the entire surface of the wooden sealing material is coated with the resin film, it is possible to perform cutting / cutting processing and corrosion prevention treatment of each wooden floor board material and wooden sealing material in advance at the factory. Then, at the construction site, the joining concave portion and the joining convex portion of the two adjacent wooden floor board materials are fitted to each other and filled and bonded with an adhesive, and the wooden sealing material is placed in the hook-shaped concave section of the two adjacent wooden floor board materials. Since it suffices that they be fitted and filled and bonded with an adhesive, it is possible to save the labor at the construction site, shorten the construction period, and reduce the cost.

The resin film coated on the entire surface of the wooden floor board material and the wooden sealing material exhibits high corrosion resistance.
In addition, the joining concave portion and the joining convex portion of two adjacent wooden floor board materials are fitted together and filled and adhered with an adhesive, and further the wooden sealing material is fitted into the hook-shaped concave portion of the cross section located thereabove and together with the adhesive. Since it is filled and bonded, there is no fear of rainwater leaking downwards between the wooden floor boards, and high water leakage prevention is obtained.
