The former, in which the bottom wall panels 1 and 1 are connected to each other by applying a lining layer 102 and a gel coat layer 103 for surface finishing on the upper surface thereof, and the bottom wall panel 1 as shown in FIG. The flanges 2 protruding from the middle part of the wall are placed in the recess 3 on the flange 2 formed by fixing the rivet 104.
In the latter case, after filling the FRP lining layer 105, a gel coat layer 106 for surface finishing is applied on the lining layer 105.

がある。 However, in the former case, when a difference in level occurs between the bottom wall panels 1 and 1 as shown in FIG. 4 due to the relationship with the ground on which it is installed, the urethane slab 101 protrudes from the top surface of the panel 1 and rises. In this state, a connection part is formed between the bottom wall panels 1 and 1, resulting in a very poor appearance. Moreover, the gel coat layer 103 applied for surface finishing is applied with a brush or roller, so the thickness of the coating is very poor. It goes without saying that unevenness occurs, and sanding is required to even it out, which is time-consuming.In addition, sanding causes variations in the strength of the joints, and the surface cannot be finished smoothly. However, even in the latter case, there are problems such as complication of workability due to sanding, deterioration of the aesthetic appearance of the surface, and deterioration of bending strength due to the hollow portion 107 generated under the flanges 2, 2.

A first FRP lining layer and a resin concrete layer are laminated from below in the recess formed on the flange of the resin concrete layer to form a mounting reference surface for the surface plate covering the upper surface of the resin concrete layer, and a second FRP is placed on that reference surface. The surface plate is fixed via a lining layer.
