トサンの水酸基を酸化してカルボキシル基としたもの、
更にはキトサンの各種水溶性塩等が挙げられるが、特に
好ましいものとしては低分子化キトサン、水溶性部分脱
アセチル化キチン、カルボキシメチルキチン、カルボキ
シメチルキトサン、キトサンの水溶性塩が挙げられる。
特にキトサンと低級脂肪酸との水溶性塩は獣の体の臭気
