布する工程を設け、細径スリット孔の孔径を塗装不良箇
所の面積に対応させて変化させるようにした。

てクリヤ塗料をスプレ塗布するようにしたため、上塗り
塗料、クリヤ塗料共に適量の塗料を効率的に塗布するこ
とが出来、爾後の工程でのポリッシング作業を軽減させ
ることが出来る。しかも塗料の削減化も図られる。ま
た、細径スリット孔を不良箇所の面積に合せて変化させ
るようにすれば、塗布量を一層適切に調整することが出
来る。また、ベース部材と第2のマスキング部材をマグ
ネットシート製とし、ベース部材と第2のマスキング部
材によって第1のマスキング部材を挟んで磁着させるよ
うにすれば、従来のマスキングテープのように貼着、剥
ぎ取りの工程を削減することが出来、マスキング作業も
容易である。しかも、マスキングテープに較べて繰り返
して何回も使用出来るため安価である。

装不良箇所を補修する補修方法において、前記塗装不良
箇所の周囲のクリヤ塗装と上塗り塗装の一部を研磨して
不良原因を取り除く工程と、研磨した箇所に対して第1
のマスキング部材の細径スリット孔を近接させ、この細
径スリット孔を通して上塗り塗料をスプレ塗布する工程
と、このスプレ塗装した箇所に対して第2のマスキング
部材の大径スリット孔を近接させ、この大径スリット孔
を通してクリヤ塗料をスプレ塗布する工程からなり、前
記細径スリット孔の孔径を塗装不良箇所の面積に対応さ

もに、この第1のマスキング部材上にマグネットシート
製の第2のマスキング部材を磁着させて該第2のマスキ
ング部材に設けた大径スリット孔を研磨箇所の中心に位
置合せし、当初、前記細径スリット孔を通して上塗り塗
料をスプレ塗布した後、第1のマスキング部材を抜き出
し、次いで、大径スリット孔を通してクリヤ塗料をスプ
レ塗布することを特徴とする塗装面の補修方法。
