Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency, to enable folded plates to be installed in a short time for cost reduction, and to enable the folded plates to be held installed firmly and stably over a long period by facilitating work at a high place, simplifying the work of installing the folded plates, and saving labor and time. CONSTITUTION:The first 5 and second 6 wrapping/fastening parts of folded plates 3, 3 which overlap each other are wrapped and fastened with the upper connection 9 of a hanger 4 between them, and the lower connection 10 of the hanger 4 is secured to a hanger clamp 2 made of a metallic plate, and the hanger clamp 2 is attached to the wrapping/fastening parts 41a of an existing folded-plate roof 41. The hanger clamp 2 comprises a clamp member 21 to which the hanger 4 is secured; and a rocking member 22 which is connected to the clamp member 21 in such a way as to be capable of rocking and which can sandwich the wrapping/fastening part 41a between it and the clamp member 21; the hanger clamp 2 is secured to the wrapping/fastening parts 41a by pressing both members 21, 22 into contact with the wrapping/fastening part 41a.

The work for assembling the suspension fixture 2 may be performed prior to the work for constructing the new folded plate roof 1. That is, the suspension fixture 2 may be assembled in advance before the new folded plate roof 1 is constructed. Further, the bolts 30 and 30 are, for example, spot welded to the inclined portion 24b of the lower plate 24 in a state where the swinging member 22 is connected to the fixing member 21 in order to prevent the bolt 30 from falling off, preventing co-rotation, and improving work efficiency. It may be fixed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the hanger 4 is formed by bending a metal plate, for example, by pressing so that the cross section has a substantially "L" shape. The suspension 4 is composed of an upper connecting portion (upper end portion) 9 and a lower connecting portion (lower end portion) 10. The upper connecting portion 9 has a vertical surface portion 9a, and a horizontal surface portion 9b extending horizontally from the upper end of the vertical surface portion 9a is provided. The horizontal surface portion 9b is formed to have a width slightly wider than the width of the fastening surface portion 3f of the folding plate 3 and has a height corresponding to the height of the vertical surface portion 3e of the first fastening portion 5. Has been formed. Further, the tip end side of the horizontal plane portion 9b is bent downward at an acute angle, thereby forming a winding portion 9c. The lower connecting portion 10 that extends horizontally from the lower end of the vertical surface portion 9a in the direction opposite to the horizontal surface portion 9b is a horizontal surface portion 10a for attaching the suspender 4 body to the upper surface portion 2a of the suspender fixture 2, and the bolt 32. Has a bolt hole 10b into which is inserted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the suspension 4 has the bolt 32 inserted into the bolt hole 10b (FIG. 4).
The horizontal surface portion 10a of the lower connecting portion 10 is seated on the upper surface portion 2a of the suspension fixture 2. Then, the washer 34 is inserted into the bolt 32 and the nut 33 is screwed onto the bolt 32, whereby the suspension 4 is fixed to the suspension fixture 2.

First, the position where the suspenders 44 are arranged in the fastening portion 41a of the old folded plate roof 41 (approximately 2.5 m to 3 m).
Every time), attach the suspender fixture 2 that has been assembled in advance. Since the swing member 22 of the suspender fixture 2 is swingable in the direction of arrow AB, the swing member 22 is swung in the direction of arrow B and fixed to the pressure contact portion 22b of the swing member 22. By expanding the space between the member 21 and the inclined portion 24b, the suspender fixture 2 can be easily fitted into the fastener portion 41a. Next, the nuts 31 and 31 are tightened, and the inclined portions 24b and 24c of the fixing member 21 are brought closer to each other by the tightening force of the bolts 30 and 30 and the nuts 31 and 31. That is, due to the above-mentioned tightening force, the inclined portion 24b
・ The connecting portion between 24c and the horizontal surface portion 24a is further bent inward to slightly deform the lower plate 24, and the inclined portion 24b.
Reduce the space between 24c.

By the above work, the inclined portion 24b of the fixing member 21 abuts on the first fastener portion 45 of the fastener portion 41a. In addition, the inclined portion 24c of the fixed member 21 has the swing member 2
It abuts on the vertical surface portion 22a. Therefore, the swing member 2
2 swings in the direction of the arrow A by the above-mentioned tightening force, so that the pressure contact portion 22b of the swinging member 22 has the second hook fastening portion 46.
The vertical surface portion 22a comes into contact with the winding portion of the fastener portion 41a. That is, the fastener portion 41 a is sandwiched between the inclined portion 24 b of the fixed member 21 and the pressure contact portion 22 b of the swing member 22.
