Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a roofing structure using a metal folded plate roofing material, and more specifically, a so-called double roofed folding plate formed by laying an upper roofing folded roof on a lower roofing folded roof. The present invention relates to a roofing structure of a roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of a shingle roof that is laid using metal shingle roofing materials, especially for a roof of a building that requires high heat insulation and soundproofing properties, the shingle roof is double-roofed, and the underlaying shingle roof is used. A roofing structure has been adopted in which a heat insulating and soundproofing material such as glass wool is arranged between the roof and the folded roof. FIGS. 11 and 12 show a basic roofing structure of such a double-folded folded-plate roof.
[0003]
In the roofing structure, first, the folded
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, according to the conventional double-roofed roofing structure, the folded roof material on the lower roof is supported by the tight frame provided in the main building, and the folded roof material on the upper roof is not on the tight frame but on the tight frame. Is supported by the saddle installed on the roof, the folded roof material on the lower roof side does not contribute to the load on the roof at all, and therefore, despite the double roof, It can only exhibit the cross-sectional performance of one folded-plate roofing material on the roofing side, and a double-roofed roof is laid with the main building spacing (support span) being the same as the single-roofed structure (about 3 to 4 m). is the current situation.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a roofing structure of a double roof folded plate roof which has excellent cross-sectional performance of the entire roof and can achieve a long span between purlins.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the roofing structure of the double-folded folded-plate roof of the present invention is configured such that the folded-plate roofing material on the lower roof side is supported by a tight frame provided in the main building via a lower-arm side lifter. In addition, a saddle is attached to the support part, and the saddle is added to the main building in a roofing structure in which a folded-plate roofing material on the roofing side is supported via a hook on the roofing side. It is also installed between the main buildings, and the saddle installed between the main buildings is fixed to both the folded roof material on the upper roof and the folded roof material on the lower roof. Is characterized by the fact that the cross section performance equivalent to at least two of the folded roof material on the upper roof side and the folded roof material on the lower roof side is secured as a whole roof by the connection of the folded roof materials. .
[0007]
Here, the cross-sectional performance in the present invention means a strength performance based on a second moment of area (section modulus) of the folded roof material, and for example, a folded roof material supported at both ends in a predetermined span. The evaluation can be made based on the magnitude of deflection generated when a load is applied to the central portion.
[0008]
The operation of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
First, according to the conventional double-roofed roofing structure, as shown in the model of FIG. 10A, the folded

[0010]
Furthermore, the double roofing roofing structure of the present invention, the saddle is placed between the purlins, since the fixed to both the folding plate roofing foldable plate roofing upper roofing side and lower roofing side, upper The shingled roof material and the shingled roof material are connected to each other to increase the rigidity in the support span direction (perpendicular to the main building). It is also possible to obtain a large cross-sectional performance. In this case, if the fixing force of the saddle to the upper and lower folded sheet roofing materials is weak, the effect of connecting the upper and lower folded sheet roofing materials is weakened. Saddles must be securely fastened to each shingle roofing material so that they do not fall.
[0011]
In the double-roofed roofing structure of the present invention, the number of saddles installed between the purlins may be one or two or more. When two or more saddles are installed, it is desirable to appropriately select the arrangement position of the saddles (pitch between the saddles) and arrange them so that the cross-sectional performance enhanced by the saddles is maximized.
[0012]
In addition, examples of the material of the saddle used for the roofing structure of the double-roofed roof of the present invention include a resin such as an ABS resin or a metal such as stainless steel or ordinary steel. In the case of adopting such a construction method, that is, a construction method of firmly fixing each folded plate roof material above and below the saddle, it is preferable to use a metal one.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the roofing structure of the double-layered folded-plate roof of the present invention, the saddle is installed between the main buildings in addition to the main building, and the saddle is installed between the main buildings. As a whole, the cross-section performance equivalent to at least two sheets of the folded roof material on the upper roof side and the folded roof material on the lower roof side is secured, so that long span construction is possible and the conventional roof The purlin interval can be made larger than the structure. As a result, it is possible to reduce the material and the construction cost of the steel frame (small beam), and it is possible to construct an economical double-folded folded plate roof.
